Chapter 1.2

NOW, I can't contact Ichinose currently. But, I'll need to find her.

"Luckily, Koenji answered my question and said he was placed in Room 302. Very close to mine."

I have less than 30 minutes for this, so I'll need to be quick. I've already speedwalked through the first deck. I'm currently just on the second deck. People are already staring more than before.

"Worst case scenario, she could be anywhere."

But the most logical scenario would be that she'll be on this deck. Using the calculations that I've made-

Hehe, 'according to my calculations-' No! Don't!

She should be, hopefully, at Room 200. If he is in Room 200, then I could conclude which group I'm in.

"Come on... come on..." I checked the time while I'm at it.

7:16. Gracious Goodness, less than half of the remaining time. And with the current crowd, this could be bad.

"Let's see... oh!"

I let out a small peek once I found the desired room and person.

There she was, standing next to 2o0 to wait for her meeting.

"Alright, let's hope that she doesn't move away a foot or two." I whispered to myself as I walked up towards her.

"Excuse me."

"Eh?"

She was confused since I pretty much was 2 feet behind him, but once she saw who I was, she backed up a bit, maybe around 5 inches.

... Well, I did say I hope she doesn't move at least a foot away so that's nice.

"Sorry. I know I have a bad reputation right now."

"Bad is an understatement."

"I know, but you're from Class B, right?" I feigned ignorance.

"Erm..." She looked at me suspiciously but nodded. "Well yeah I am. You're the infamous Shinjiro Akabane?" She's slowly but surely backing away from me.

"So I'm famous?"

"For the wrong reasons."

"I guess so."

No, wait. We're moving off topic.

"Sorry for this, but could you perhaps tell me your name?" I'm once again, playing dumb.

"... Why? What do you want from me?" She squinted her eyes on me. She's on-guard...

"Nothing, I just want confirmation about something. I'm doing this to see if people trust me."

"They don't." Fair.

"To answer your question, my name is Kobashi Yume." She surprisingly answered, even though I know her name.

"Eh~ So you trust me-"

She suddenly stumped on my right foot, causing me to "wince" in pain.

"Never in a lifetime, pervert." 

She glared at me intensivly. She definitely isn't the type of girl to do that. Damn, that's proves one thing as well.

A lot of people hate me. There's goes one of my rules of now standing out. Well... it was inevitable.

"Sheesh, he keeps going one girl after another huh."

"Come on, let's stay away from him.

And now the murmurs are starting... Sigh.

"Sorry for annoying you." I simply said and left the area.

"With that over with. My theory is confirmed."

I'm unsure if it's something people noticed or it's simply because of me being in this world, but it seems like you can deduce which group you're in.

Dragon Group's room is 206. Rabbit Group's room is 204.

Cow Group's room is 210, Monkey Group's room is is 302.  My room is 304.

Sense a pattern?

Each group's room is every 2 numbers, with anything after _10 restarting back to _00.

Using the zodiac groups in a numerical order, it would be like this.

Rat Group - 110

Cow Group - 200, where Kobashi is in.

Tiger Group - 202

Rabbit Group - 204, where Ayanokouji is in.

Dragon Group - 206, where both Kushida, Hirata and Horikita are in,

Snake Group - 208, 

Horse Group - 210, where Minami is in.

Goat Group - 300

Monkey Group - 302, where Koenji is in.

Rooster Group - 304

Dog Group - 308

Pig Group - 310

There is no fourth deck in the Sparenza as noticed.

Since my designated room is in 304, logically that would mean that I'm in the Rooster Group.

I don't know if the time means anything, it probably doesn't.

Of course, the room that we're in for the meeting time may not be the same as for the meeting room for the groups tomorrow, but wit the evidence I've just gathered, I may just be in the Rooster Group.

"Let's hope I'm correct." I sighed to myself as I draw nearer and nearer to my designated room.
