Chapter 4.1

"GOOD morning, all!"

Amikura greeted us all, it seemed like we were once again the last ones to enter the group. 

"Good morning to you Mako-san!" Yamauchi replied.

"Hello, Mako-chan!" Mei and Shinohara.

I did a little wave and nod to her to simplify the greeting.

"Great now that everyone's here, let's-"

"May I offer a suggestion-"

"I'll like to say something."

Both Mei and Nakanishi looked at each other, seemingly confused.

"It's fine, you can go."

"No no, you may go Nakanishi-kun."

"Well, if you say so." He did a nod a stood up.

"I'll like to offer a suggestion for this exam considering the fact that it's the last meeting we'll have before the exam ends."

Wait a minute, did Ichinose did this for every group. No... she didn't, she only did this for the Rabbit Group.

"There's no point. We're not taking part of the discussion-"

"No discussion is going to be needed. That's the point."

Sakonaka did a confused expression before relaxing to his nonchalant face. "You may continue then, sorry for interrupting."

"I simply suggest showing our emails to see who's the VIP. Then we could go for Outcome 1."

"Interesting idea, but I must object."

"What Satonaka-kun? Are you nervous that your group might get exposed?"

"Ha? Of course not." He shook his hand, disregarding the accusation. "What if they somehow come up with a way to counter that. What if everyone doesn't agree?"

"It's 500,000 private points for everyone. Do you not know what you can do with 500,000 points? Not only would you be living a rich man's dream, but you could also use it for exams such as negotiation or blackmailing."

"... Intriguing point you provided. I must say, you're smart."

"It's common sense, why wouldn't anyone want to get 500,000 points?"

Satonaka showed agreement, however he quickly changed with a counterargument.

"So, what happens after? What if someone betrays the group? They wouldn't want to risk showing their identity."

"Exactly that."

Satonaka squinted his eyes on Nakanishi.

"Sure, they wouldn't want to show their identity, but what about everyone else? There's no risk in showing your email if you're not the VIP. For them, this is a one step away from getting 500,000 points. Don't you all agree?"

The room showed agreement in what Nakanishi said, Amikura smirking on the event.

"Even if you find out the VIP's identity or the class they belong to, the moment someone decides to betray you, it's over. The problem hasn't been resolved. Or are you suggesting that the first to betray us wins?"

"In that case, please be quiet and just watch. If you don't participate, Satonaka-kun, it'll be fine."

Nakanishi showed everyone the email that he'd received.  

"Oo! Oo! I'll go too!" Amikura followed by showing her email as well.

"You all are really going to do this?" Mei sounded confused yet satsified. "I'll join in as well. I feel as if Nakanishi-kun's plan could really work!"
