The next day I don't bother getting out of bed, it's Saturday so it doesn't really matter. I feel like doing nothing but lay here in my bed, alone. I can't believe I actually trusted him. I knew it was going to end bad, why did I even try to be in a relationship? I never should have been his girlfriend. Why did we have to meet? My life would be easier without him, and I wouldn't have to deal with a broken heart all over again. Relationships suck. I knew he was going to be that guy. And this just proves my point. I hear someone walk into my room, I look over and see Kat.
"Hey love." she smiles at me and walks over to me sitting next to me with a plastic bag of stuff.
"Hi... What's in there?" I nod towards the bag in her hand.
"I thought you could use a little support and goodies." She smiled and emptied the contents in the bag. There were about 5 movies, two pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, spoons, and a couple of Seventeen magazines. I giggle and smile at her,
"You're the best you know that?" She giggles and flips her hair,
"I try."
We watch the Notebook first while eating our ice cream. About half way through my mom calls me downstairs. I groan and get up walking downstairs.
"Yes mo-" I stop what I'm saying when I see Nate standing in the entry way next to my mom. I stay where I am on the stairs and look at him.
"Nice of you to show up Nate." I say bitterly. My mom glances between us,
"I'll be in the kitchen." She leaves to go to the kitchen.
"Babe... please let me explain about last night."
"Don't call me babe, and I know exactly what happened last night, I saw the pictures and the videos all over Twitter. Nice to know my boyfriend got a good make-out session with Mrs. Cheerleader Amanda." I say harshly as I glare at him.
"I was drunk Jules... I'm so sorry."
"You shouldn't have even been there Nate... and to think I actually trusted you. You're just like every other guy I know."
"Jules you know I'm not like that." He walks up to me, standing on the step just below me, so now we're eye level.
"Obviously you are." I glare at him.
"Please forgive me. It was a stupid mistake to go to the party, and I gave in to peer pressure, which led to wrong things. I'm sorry." He gives me a begging look, but I look down.
"This happened yesterday Nate... I need time." I shake my head trying not to cry in front of him. "Please leave."
"Jules please..."
"Just... Leave." I close my eyes and open them to look at him. He slowly walks back down my stairs watching me and leaves out the front door. I slowly sit down on the steps and cry into my hands, as I feel someone sit next to me and wrap their arm around my shoulder. I look up to see Kat, and I cry into her shoulder. And she whispers comforting things to me and rubs my arm. She slowly helps me up and we walk back to my room and lay down in my bed to finish our movie.
This was kind of a sadder chapter. Sorry guys! I hope you like it so far! I've been working really hard to find drama and such to write about and tada!! I found some!
