Charlie ended up spending the night along with Kat, our other friend, who came over around dinner time. We pigged out on candy, popcorn and I even snuck some ice cream out of the freezer. We watched a horror movie against my protests. After a while I ended up covering my face with a pillow. Kat, who was next to me, ended up under the blankets and Charlie stared wide eyed at the movie, and every once in a while she would mumble something like "oh my gosh", or "no dont do it!" It finally ended and I went to turn the movie off when all of a sudden the power went out. We all screamed, and I tried feeling my way to my bed side table where I kept the flashlight, but then the door banged open and we all screamed our heads off.Then I heard my brother start laughing historically, and he turned on his flashlight. I grabbed my pillow and started hitting him really hard with it, and he was still laughing,
"Thomas! I cant believe you! You are horrible!" I said still hitting him, but all of a sudden we hear a loud crash and we all freeze no one was breathing. We heard footsteps coming up the stairs. My brother and I jumped onto my bed, and all of us huddled together, and we hear a bang on the wall and see a figure with a bright light. We all scream, including my brother, at the top of our lungs, and then my dad's face pops into view and we all stop.
"Jeez kids I was only checking on you, but I think you burst my ear drum." We are let out the breaths we were all holding, and Thomas and I yell, "Dad!" He looked startled "What?" I sighed and chuckled, "You scared the crap out of us." Charlie sat up, "Thats not cool Mr.Williamson." he laughed.
"Get to bed kids it's late the power should come back on soon, and no more watching scary movies." he chuckles and walks downstairs Thomas getd up and walks out the door.
"Goodnight Thomas!" I yelled after him.
"Goodnight Jules!" he says back. I layed down and said to Charlie and Kat, " im never watching a scary movie again." They layed down and agreed "nope", "never." We all laugh and fall asleep.
*sorry this chapter is so boring school just started and I've been really busy I will update probably tomorrow! it will get more interesting I promise! :)
