"Why do I feel so strange...? Could I be...? No, no, that's not possible..." Akshara muttered, shaking her head. Suddenly, a wave of nausea hit her, making her rush to the bathroom.

"I should get checked by a doctor. Maybe it's something else," she decided.

At the hospital, she anxiously waited for her reports.

"Doctor... Is there any chance that I... that I might be pregnant?" she asked hesitantly.

The doctor smiled reassuringly. "Oh no, Akshara. You're not pregnant. Your reports are completely normal."

A deep breath of relief escaped her lips. "Thank God..." she murmured.

The doctor raised a brow. "Why? Don't you want to become a mother?"

Akshara quickly shook her head. "No, no! It's not like that... You know, an unplanned pregnancy can be complicated."

"Hmm... I understand," the doctor nodded.

Reaching home, Akshara sighed. "Thank God I'm not pregnant... I can't believe I even thought that! I must be losing my mind," she mumbled to herself.

Just then, her phone rang.

"Huh? The doctor?" She quickly picked up. "Hello? Yes, doctor!"

There was hesitation on the other end.

"Akshara, actually... your reports got mixed up with another patient's. Your actual report just came in and... it's positive. You're going to be a mother, Akshara. You're pregnant!"

The phone slipped from her hand.

"Hello? Akshara? Are you there?"

Tears welled in her eyes as reality sank in. "H-how... How did this happen...?" she whispered, her voice trembling.

Guilt, fear, and disbelief crashed over her like waves. "How could I make such a huge mistake?!" she screamed, throwing everything in sight.

Meanwhile, outside the house, Abhinav was preparing himself.

"Not today, Abhinav... You can't hold back anymore. Just tell her how much you love her," he murmured, fixing his hair and looking at the rose in his hand. "She loves roses... She'll love this one too, right?"

Smiling to himself, he stepped inside.

"Akshara ji!"

Before he could say anything else, Akshara turned to him with tear-filled eyes.

"Abhinav ji... I-I'm pregnant... I'm carrying Abhimanyu's child," she confessed, her voice barely above a whisper.

The rose in his hand froze mid-air. He slowly lowered it, hiding it behind his back.

"W-what? Y-you... You're saying that you're—"

She nodded. "Yes..."

Tears pooled in Abhinav's eyes, but he blinked them away, forcing himself to stay composed.

"I never wanted this to happen... He came back, and in a moment of weakness, we... I don't know what to do. Please, Abhinav ji... Can you call Abhimanyu for me? I don't have the courage," she pleaded.

Swallowing the lump in his throat, Abhinav nodded. "Yes... Yes, of course. Don't worry, I'll call him right away."

When Abhimanyu received the call, he didn't waste a second.

"I'm coming," he said and ran straight to Akshara's house.

As he reached the door, his steps slowed. His eyes landed on a scene that made his heart clench—Akshara resting her head on Abhinav's shoulder, seeking comfort.

A strange uneasiness settled in his chest.

"Ak-Akshara!" he called out.

The moment she heard his voice, she turned and ran to him, throwing herself into his arms. She clung to him tightly, as if afraid he would disappear.

Abhimanyu was momentarily stunned but soon wrapped his arms around her, holding her just as tightly.

Watching from a distance, Abhinav smiled painfully. He looked at the rose in his hand before exhaling deeply.

"Maybe... Maybe neither this rose nor I have any right over her. She was always meant to be his," he murmured.

"How... How did this happen, Abhi? I never wanted this," Akshara whispered, still in his arms.

Abhimanyu pulled back slightly, cupping her face. "Akshu, relax... I'm here. We're together now."

"Together?" Akshara suddenly stepped away, pushing him back.

"If I come back to you now, what then? A few years later, will you insult me again? Will you blame me for everything and throw me out of your life again?" she demanded, her voice shaking with suppressed pain.

Abhimanyu's eyes filled with remorse. "I'M SORRY, AKSHARA!!! I know my sorry isn't enough. I don't deserve forgiveness, but please... please forgive me. I can't live without my heart anymore. Please... come back to me," he begged, his voice breaking.

But before she could respond, her vision blurred. The room spun around her, and before she knew it, everything went black.

"AKSHARA!!" Abhimanyu caught her just in time, scooping her up in his arms and rushing her to the bedroom.

Abhinav stood frozen, his heart pounding.

"What... What was I about to do? This... This bond was written long before I ever stepped into their lives," he murmured to himself.

"Sharma ji! Bring some water, quickly!" Abhimanyu ordered.

"Haan ji, haan ji! Here!" Abhinav's father hurriedly handed him a glass.

Abhimanyu sprinkled water on Akshara's face. Moments later, she stirred.

"Abhi..." she mumbled, opening her eyes.

But as soon as she fully regained consciousness, her expression changed.

"Leave, Abhimanyu. Please, just go," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Akshu—"

"GO!" she screamed, tears streaming down her face. "Get out of here... Stay away from me... And don't ever come back. Please, just leave!"

Abhimanyu felt like his heart was being ripped apart. But seeing the pain in her eyes, he knew—this time, it wasn't just anger. It was deeper than that.

He took a step back, then another. With one last look at her, he turned around and walked away.
