MULTIVERSE

I believe in multiverses, even though its all just a theory
Because even if there are millions of universes out there, it still held our story

Our story of love, that started with you and I
In some versions began in a park, in some 36, 000 feet up in the sky

It could also be the old exchanging of numbers in the street
The next day, hanging out wondering which restaurant should we go to eat

You carrying my bag, I wearing your oversized sweater
I'll still be happy though, regardless of any harsh or cruel weather

We could also just be in the house
At night, eating ramen from a pot while watching netflix in the couch

In the morning, you playing the guitar whilst humming a lovely tune
I singing as best as I can, dancing, as I hear the rain of June

Fastfoward to November, carving pumkins for Halloween
In the cold and creepy atmosphere, your warm smile remains the most beautiful thing I've ever seen

Decorating cookies for Santa, in that very eve in December
Me wishing to him that I will always be there for you to remember

But I guess I was naughty, not at all that nice
Because Santa never granted my wish, it was as if he left it in cold ice

My birthday came up, the 23rd of April's sunshine
No calls, no texts, as if your world was never a part of mine

The tears are building up, desperate to find a way to get you back
But its too late, she already got you and she always had to point it as a fact

I'm broken, I don't know how you could do this to me
Was it really that easy to let go of us? or was it only I believing of a "we"?

WE could fight any challenges, WE will be until forever
But there wasn't really a forever, if our love couldn't fix our "together"

Now in my room, Wishing I had the time stone to change our past
But I knew, nothing will stop the end of something that wasn't really meant to last

I may look crazy, believing in this whole MCU fiction
But if it was real, I feel bad for myself, experiencing this chain of repetition

But no matter what you or others think, in my heart there is only one thing that's true
And that is in every world, in every universe, i'll always choose you
