Jack Grealish Fanfic- When Sophie goes on holiday with her 8 month daughter and ends up meeting Jack Grealish. What will happen once their back in the UK?
Jack and Sophie dropped Max off with Jacks parents and they're heading to the hospital. When they arrive and check in it's not long until they're called in. The process of removing the cast is horrible, Summer cries through it all and it's traumatic for her. After an hour, they're given the all clear to go home. They arrive at Karen and Kevin's house, Summers fell asleep in the car so Sophie carries her in. "Hey how's Max been?" Jack asks his parents who gush about how perfect he's been. They ask how Sumner was and both Jack and Summer explain how horrible it was to see. Karen brings them both in a cup of tea and 35 minutes later, Summer wakes up, she goes to nanny and grandad for a cuddle and the t give her a new toy as she was so brave, it seems after some sleep she's a lot happier. After a few hours, they leave to go home, heading home they grab dinner on the way and have a lovely family movie evening. -2 days later- Sophie POV: Summer starts nursery today, we're dropping her off at 8:30, she'll have breakfast there and then Jack can go to training after. I'm really anxious as I've not really been away from her before but it'll do us both good. We park up and take her in, first of all she cries a bit then she sees the breakfast and toys so she says bye mum and dad and runs in. We make sure to let the staff know to call if any problems. I get outside to the car and cry, Jack holds me and reassures me. On the way he drops me into town, I say goodbye to him, I'll see him after training. I've arranged to meet Becca, and she's coming to mine for some coffee and chat. Ronnie goes to the same nursery as Summers started at so we'll go collect them together. I also hope they're in the same room as it means Summer will already know him and she'll be more relaxed. At 2pm, we leave to go pick the children up, I drive behind Becca and once we've parked up. I get excited to see my little girl again. Becca explains to me that I'll soon get used to the routine of it and I'll feel less guilty and enjoy the time. As the nursery teacher comes to the door, she says "they'll be happy to be going together." I laugh and so does Becca. "How has she been today?" I ask and the teacher smiles, "she's been good, we noticed she has a great personality." I nod "she definitely does, sometimes it's not always a good thing" the teacher laughs and says "she is cheeky but we've all fallen in love with her and we noticed today Ronnie has been out of his shell more but they've been attached at the hip" Me and Becca laugh as Becca says "They've been best friends for a long time now. They spend a lot of time together." The teacher nods and says to me "quick thing mum, Summers been telling us Bens going to pick her up, but she's also been telling us other names like Jordan, James, Mason, Dec and also Ronnie's daddy" I laugh loudly as the teacher continues "only because we don't have anyone else on the form to collect her so we'd need notice from you" I giggle and say "I'll always call ahead if it's someone else picking up that's why I've set a password, erm they're her uncles. She's very fond of them" she nods and I say "she has a football team of uncles" and then Summer sees me and runs over as Ronnie runs to Becca. As the kids get their bags together I hear one of the staff say "oh and here was me hoping dad would pick up, I'd definitely do that hand over and anything else to be honest" I'm fuming, Summers only been here one day. I look at the teacher who I've been speaking to and I say "no matter who picks up Summer I do not want her to do the hand over, that comment isn't acceptable." The teacher tells me she's the manager and agrees it's very unprofessional and she'll deal with it, I say "thank you, Summers had a lovely day and you've got a good nursery but if it doesn't stop I'll pull her out the nursery. Dad will be dropping off tomorrow" she nods and apologises again. On the way home, we're at some traffic lights and all of a sudden I hear a bang and the car jolts forward causing it to spin a bit and then it hits the side at the back, luckily hitting the door the side where no one is. Summer starts crying which sets Max off, I jump out the car and see the car which hit me just drive off. I'm shaking as I've never been in a crash before, I have to stay strong as both children are here and they're scared too. I call the police as I've been hit and he's left. Some people who saw it help me, I take photos and take the children out as a nice man, drives it to the side of the road to a safe place as I'm too shaken to drive. I manage to get the pushchair out ti put Max's car seat on. I call Jack, but he doesn't answer he must still be training. So I call Karen. She instantly gets Kevin and they head to get me. As they arrive, Karen and Kevin hug me, The police take a report and say they'll escort me to drive it home. I have to be brave and get in to drive it. I park it up and soon it's getting dark. Karen and Kevin stay until Jack comes home. Jack POV: I walk through the door, confused as my mum and dads car is here. "I'm home" I call, I don't expect Summer to be awake as I'm late home today, my dad comes round and says "why haven't you been answering your phone?" I look at him confused "I got talking to the lads what's wrong?" My dad looks a bit angry he says "while you were enjoying your chat, we've been trying to contact you. Soph and the kids were in a crash today" my heart drops "are they okay?" He nods "yeah, Max doesn't have any idea, Summers a bit shaken up but was tired so fell asleep. Sophie, hasn't said much. Physically she's okay but mentally she's not she needs you, she hasn't cried yet." I drop my bags and run into the front room and see Sophie I hug her tight and she drops her barrier and she sobs in my arms "I'm so sorry Jack" she says and I stop her there. "Don't apologise, as long as your all okay. I'm so sorry i didn't answer the phone, I always will in the future." She cuddles into me and says "he drive off, I couldn't get his details, your dads been trying to get the dash cam footage, but the car is really damaged" she says all upset and worried "I don't care about the car baby, we can go and buy another one. As long as you and the children are okay" she nods and within 20 minutes of me being home she falls asleep on me. I say goodbye to mum and dad and carry Max to bed, then Sophie before finding some food then heading to bed to cuddle my girl.
