-1 month later-
Sophie is now 27 weeks pregnant. She's organising a joint birthday party for Summer, Max and little Leo. They both discussed it with Jordan and Bex who agreed they could all share a birthday party. Bex has been organising the cakes, bouncy castle and invitations while Sophie's been sorting the food, decorations and soft play equipment. The party is on the 29th May, on Summers actual birthday. Sophie's been working so hard and has it that she needs this party to be perfect as Summers last birthday was eventful. "Babe, you've been on your feet for the last 3 hours and you've been awake early can you take a break please?" Jack asks Sophie. She shakes her head "I'm fine, I'm behind already and I've got so much to do to make it perfect. I've got to sort dinner too. The party is tomorrow, Bex and Jordan should be bringing the cake over soon." She says as she carries on preparing the food she needs for tomorrow. Jack walks behind her and cuddles her "Soph, it's 2pm, we've got enough time. I'll help you but please take 5 minutes. Mum and dad have got the kids until later so take 5 minutes peace and I'll make you a tea." He says and she insists she needs to keep going as it needs to be perfect. Jack gets his phone and opens the group chat.

decorate and set up soft play. I'll
come with Mase🙌🏼
Deccers: I'll come with Mase and
Chilly xx

Jack: Cheers boys, excited to
see the rest of you tomorrow. X

Jack POV:
The lads should be here anytime now, I haven't told Soph that they're coming as she would insist she doesn't need help. The door knocks and I let them in. "Hey boys?" Sophie says confused, they all grin as Ben says "we're here to help set up for the party, you are having a sit down." She goes to argue but Dec says "we will physically carry you and sit you down, uncle duties start before they're born and you need to have a break because that little one inside you needs you too." She nods defeatedly. Ben makes her a tea as I sit next to her on the sofa. "Babe, we're not doing it to be horrible but we're doing it because we care. Summer and Max are going to love the party tomorrow, so is little Leo." Ben adds "so is big Leo while we're on the conversation." We all giggle as he places the tea down. I continue "you're going to be no use to the little ones if you're too tired and over work yourself, also the little ones want mummy to enjoy it too." She gives me a small smile. "I just wanted it to be perfect, the children have had so much confusion in their lives recently and after losing one of our boys, I was a shit mum, I just wanted to make it up to them. Summer especially she understands more now." She wipes the tears from her eyes, and I engulf her in a cuddle. "Babe, don't ever think you're a shit mum, you're the complete opposite. You're the best mum them little ones could ever have. You've been keeping yourself awake over this party and worrying over every detail being perfect. The children will have friends, family and everyone who loves them at this party and be spoilt with enough presents to last beyond Christmas. You're perfect and I love you." She quietly says an I love you too, while cuddling up to me. After 10 minutes I go to speak to her and Phil says "she's fell asleep mate" I smile as I carefully move not waking her. Mason hands me a blanket to put over her. I gesture for the boys to follow me to the kitchen after placing a kiss on her forehead.
-2hours later-
Sophie POV:
I wake up and realise everyone's in the garden. I walk out and see it all perfectly decorated and the soft play all assembled. I stand watching the boys do the finishing touches, I see Jordan walking over "hey you, do you feel better?" I smile and nod "I didn't realise how much I needed a nap until I woke up from one." He giggles and says "we're all pretty much finished here so we're all available to help with food" as everyone else walks over Jack putting his arm around my waist and kissing my cheek. I smile "thank you boys, but I'm not letting Ben do any actual cooking" I say laughing. Everyone laughs as Ben says "fair point, I think that's a good idea. I can't cook for shit." We laugh again as Mase says "that's why he's always at someone else's house for dinner." Ben nods and grins in agreement.
By 7pm, everything is ready and we're waiting for Kevin and Karen to bring the children back. We see them pull up on the drive and we open the door. Kevin walks in carrying a sleeping Summer who he puts straight to bed,  Karen is carrying Max who's awake but she says he's very tired and should be asleep very soon. We say goodbyes and thank them, and we'll see them tomorrow. They're coming over early to open Summers presents with us and staying tomorrow after the party for Max's birthday on the 30th.
By 8:15pm, Max is fast asleep in his cot bed. Jack and I are cuddled up watching a film on the sofa talking about how crazy it is that our little girl is 3 tomorrow and our son is turning 1. Time flies so fast and we look back at all the memories we've made together and as a family.
