Abigail's POV
I was sitting in my room, scrolling through my phone when I heard a knock on my door. I got up and opened it to find Adrien standing there with a bouquet of flowers in his hand.
"Hey Abigail," he said, smiling at me.
"Hi Adrien," I replied, feeling my heart flutter at the sight of him.
"I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me?" he asked, holding out the bouquet of flowers.
I felt my cheeks turn pink as I looked at him, trying to process what he had just said. "Yes, I would love to," I said, taking the flowers from him.
"Great! How about we go out for dinner tonight?" he asked, a hint of excitement in his voice.
"Sounds perfect," I replied, feeling my own excitement grow.
*******
I took a deep breath as I looked at myself in the mirror. Tonight was the night Adrien had asked me out on a date, and I wanted to make sure I looked my best. I had chosen a gorgeous emerald green dress that hugged my curves in all the right places. My hair was styled in soft curls, and I had applied just the right amount of makeup to accentuate my features.
I felt a flutter of nerves in my stomach as I heard the doorbell ring. Adrien was here, and I couldn't wait to spend the evening with him. I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs.
As I made my way to the front door, I could see Adrien through the window. He was dressed in a suit and tie, and my heart skipped a beat as I took in his handsome appearance.
"Hey, Abigail," he said, smiling at me as I opened the door.
"Hi, Adrien," I replied, returning his smile.
"You look beautiful," he said, his eyes shining with admiration.
"Thank you," I said, feeling my cheeks flush with color.
As we made our way to the car, Adrien opened the door for me like a true gentleman. We drove to a fancy restaurant, and as we sat down, Adrien leaned in and whispered, "I have a surprise for you."
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What is it?"
"You'll see," he said with a mischievous grin.
We walked into the restaurant, and the maître d' greeted us with a warm smile. Adrien had made reservations, and they led us to a table by the window. The view was breathtaking, and I couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed.
Adrien pulled out my chair for me, and I sat down. He took his seat across from me, and the waiter came over to take our drink orders.
As we looked over the menu, Adrien asked me about my day. I told him about my classes and my homework, and he listened attentively. He shared his own stories, and we laughed together.
