Carefully you walk around the boxes and plastic spread on the floor and enter what seems to be an office.

One desk stands lonely in the middle of the room. Again, boxes of all sizes lay scattered around. On the windowsill of a comparable small window happily sprout a few plants. Against the left wall of the room leans a huge, opened wardrobe that totally doesn't match the modern design of the building.

In front of it squats a well trained, tall man and silently sorts something. He's wearing a long pair of jeans and a dark t-shirt. He has short, spiked, black hair.
His back is facing you thus you can admire the muscles visible through the shirt. Years of training show off. The motivation he uses to look like that is what you need for studying.

You again make a mental note to not challenge this man either. No matter what kind of challenge it might be.

You clear your throat.
The man freezes in his movement. He turns his head terrifyingly slow over his shoulder and you regret entering this man's space. His brown, knowing eyes chain you.

Suddenly you feel like you're prey. Like a deer that's facing the headlights of an upcoming truck but is too shocked to move.

Maybe you should have listened to Sonia this time.

"Uhm ... hi!", you stutter.

The man doesn't say anything. At least not with words. His posture tells you that you're interrupting but now that you started this you can't just turn around and go.

You collect yourself.
"I'm Y/N, Sonia's cousin", you introduce yourself with a friendly smile.
Wanting to avoid misunderstandings you add:
"Sonia is Griffith's boyfriend by the way. She wanted to help him with moving and in the end that's why I am here but now she's gone and she told me about you so I wanted to say hello and yes, hi."

There's a long, very awkward silence. You want to cry when you realize how unprofessional you spoke.

The stranger just stares at you. His eyes never once leave yours. You feel as if he was undressing you with them which is why your eyes dart through the room in order to find distraction.

Eventually the man turns back to what he was doing.

Your heart sinks and your cheeks flush of embarrassment.
This is the worst outcome.
You've been dumped for the second time in a few minutes.

"I'm Guts", the stranger then mumbles.

His voice is deep and vibrant. Full of strength and pride.
It sends shivers down your spine.

Guts really acts like he's about to kill you if you do one wrong step.

Your heart races but you try to look relaxed.
"Can I help you with something?", you ask carefully while still standing on the same spot.

Guts ignorance is worse than if he just had told you he wanted to be alone. It makes you feel stupid and annoying.

Without pausing his work he mutters: "No, thanks."

Your blood boils.
You hop from one foot to the other and fiddle with your fingers nervously.

"Anything?", you push quietly.
