Chapter 9 Apocalpyse united

A week passes as Astrid's new group settles into the town they save Ashwatch a surprisingly neutral territory in a land of bandits.
As time passed Sasha used it to continue her training with seraphim learning more about magic and mana and using her eyes more without exhausting herself to...mixed results.
"Eyes hurt...sleep calling.." CRASH!
"Sigh alright next time then kid."
Astrid was busy talking to Toni and hokki and planning their next move.
"It's probably best we leave this town the crossbones will most likely attack again because you are here kiddo."
"But if we leave they will still attack the people anyway." Astrid plants her hand down.
"Movement will be necessary anyway as Sasha and Astrid must be United with the others in Hametsu."
"You still haven't explained why they even need us all together hokki."
"Recently a transmission was received by me something like a final message by my creator in the other world things are desperate."
"And how are a bunch of teens a robot and an old man supposed to make a difference in some war!?"
"You kids have enough strength to win."
"And how do you know that!? We just met you a week ago!"
"...." Astrid sighs and storms out of the tent almost running into Seraphim.

"Woah! Sorry."
"It's fine I need you to take your girl though." She hands Sasha over to Astrid."
"What happened!?"
"Calm down she only over-exerted herself she will be fine she just needs some rest."
"Thank you...for training with her."
"It's fine you just owe me a favor for dealing with her this whole week." Astrid nods and takes Sasha to their room laying her down on the bed as she sits down below her and sighs.
"Dammit sash...im sorry you felt like you had to do this." She holds Sasha's hand as she rubs it.
"Im...im not good with my feelings and I don't want to hurt you." Sasha sits up as Astrid nearly falls over from shock.
"I know you don't Astrid that's why I love you your heart is kind and pure." She holds both of Astrid's hands as she leans in to kiss Astrid again.

"I...I can't sash...not yet."
"W-why not! This is like the stories right we admit our feelings and we kiss so we both can be happy!"
She started to tear up as Astrid patted Sasha's head.
"Sash this isn't like the stories we have to focus on what's happening now."
"What about when this is over and everyone is free to do what they want?" Astrid smiles softly and nods.
"When that day comes then we can be together." Sasha is filled with pure joy as she hugs Astrid tightly.
"Also sash one thing."
"Hmm?"
"Why is your hair turning red?"
"Oh haha, funny story there Astrid." She chuckles nervously as Astrid sighs.
"What am I going to do with you I swear."

Sometime later a group arrives at Ashwatch and is greeted by hokki.
"Ah, you finally made it."
"Yeah, they certainly didn't make it easy for us." He pulls off his cloak as Yuri gives off a cocky smirk as the rest of the children of apocalypse reveal themselves.
"I wish I didn't take us a whole week! But we had to deal with some bandits." Selena groans as she looks up and sees someone dive bomb into her.
"SELENA!" She nuzzles onto Selena fast purring nonstop.

"Hey seraphim! I see you still full of energy!" She lifts Seraphim and kisses her as the two makeout Astrid and Sasha join the group.
"So you guys must be the children of apocalypse?"
"Well of course! And you are the magenta scourge, right? Names yuri! Leader of this band of misfits."
He offers his hand as Astrid shakes it Sasha runs over and talks to the rest of them.
"Im Sasha Storm! Nice to meet you all!"
"Sasha that's my last name."
"Yeah well, I don't have a last name of my own so im borrowing your partner."
"Partner?~"
"Work partners don't get the wrong idea please." Yuri laughs hard as he pats Astrid's back.
"Don't worry im just messing with you. We are allies now."
"Allies?...allies that's a nice change of pace what now then?"
"Well, we still have two more children of apocalypse to find."
"That would be Soma Cresthorne and Ash stronghelm."
"And where can we find them hokki?" Yuri asks as the group all comes together.
