Is this the end?

The angels. I can hear them singing in my ear. The same tune I heard from the predator. And I listen. They tell me I'm done for. They tell me I should give up? The devil tries to reel me into the depths of his kingdom. He tries to encase me in the dark damp cavern. He whispers in my ear, with the power of the wind. Give up. And I listen. And I believe. But I don't act on it. So I keep running.
My running turns into a paced walk. I know the sirens are long gone, and there's no reason to run away. But is there a thing to run to? I start running again. I keep running and running. What feels like thousands of miles is actually millions. I've become numb. The voices are far gone. They disappeared, the real and fake. The devil stares at me in envy, while I wonder why I aren't dead.
I go through terrains. Deserts, plains, but I never stop. I never stop until I find a marsh. My shoes get stuck in the mud with every step, but I keep going. Until I stop and look. Until I know where to go. Take a right, walk for twenty paces, then take a left. You are at your destination. A stone wall overgrown with vines, and one odd placement.
I can see the bath. I walk up to it. It's empty, so I twist the handle and watch it fill. I watch the bath become full, and even overflow. Until my hand jerks forward to stop the water. The same fluffy haired boy ascends from the water. This time with sorrow in his eyes. I crack a smile, something I haven't done in ages. He caresses my face, healing everything head to toe with his touch. I can feel my limbs again. I'm not numb.
"Back so soon?"
I go in for a kiss. He smiles into the kiss. I do too.
I get pulled in the bath by him once again. We dive without moving. My lips still on his, his still on mine. Tangling our tongues together, and running our hands through each other's hair. We kiss in the water, swirling and swirling. Until we get spit out.
Until we're back where our dynamic started.
