"Hey babes." Veronica kissed Archie as she then made her way across the booth. The two couple were having a date catching up about their lives at home and at school.

"So I couldn't help but notice you and Jug.." Archie started talking knowing surely what was coming out of his mouth was going to be annoying.

"Ooh please Archie, don't start with this." Pop's arrived serving them their orders as Veronica went straight into digging. She was rather eat than listen why everyone kept lecturing her about Jughead.

For once in her life she couldn't go on a day without anyone bringing him up to her. She has had enough and hearing Jughead's name all the time was torture.

It just seems Jughead has been in her thoughts and mind all the time.

"Archie... There's nothing going on... Literally nothing for him to do me, we just don't get along." Veronica insisted sipping her milkshake.
"And I know, he's your friend and all but it's just we aren't friends nor enemies for that matter. I hope you accept it.

Veronica's p.o.v

I knew Archie was never gonna give up, he was too hard headed and would literally go behind my back and do something.
The restaurant door bell kept swinging and ringing since people were coming in and out which annoyed me but what literally annoyed me was the sight of Jughead coming in.

I rolled my eyes at him, I didn't question why he was here since he daah he's always here.

But what surprised me was him heading to our direction. It seemed like he was also shocked and confused when he immediately saw me.

"Speaking of the devil." I groaned, it's not like I hate him or loath him. Some part of me was glad to see him. I don't know it felt weird for someone you can't stand.

"What the fuck is she doing here Archie?, I thought it was suppose to be you and me." Jughead cried in disgust looking at me.

"What, you invited Jug on our date?" I faced Archie is disbelief knowing we agreed to spend our day together since we haven't had much of eachother because of school and stuff.

"I'm sorry Vee but I wanted to finally end this unnecessary feud you two are having." Archie cried trying to convince us.
"I'm sorry Arch but I'd rather leave, I have important matters to do." He spoke
"Good." I smiled with joy finally winning Archie to myself which by this made Jughead just turn and sit beside Archie.

"Or perhaps I should stay, maybe you should be the one leaving." He grinned giving me that he'll a of a good looking smirk of his.

"Guys guys stop, no one is leaving here not untill you two have a talk, and I mean a real talk." Archie angrily spoke with a demanding voice which somehow kinda turned me on.

"Do we really have to?" I whined giving him my pleading eyes.
"Sorry Vee, it won't work, you think i want to see my best friend and my girlfriend arguing all the time and so is Betty."

I watched him stand making both Jug and I furrow our eyebrows in confusion.

"Wait where are you going?" I manage to clutch his t-shirt across the table getting his attention.
"I'm really not going to be here for this but someone is definitely watching you guys not to leave this place till you're both good." He smiled at us.

"Have a Christmas spirit guys." He said before leaving the two of us in awkward and annoying silence.

Ooh please kill me. I thought as I slipped through my phone.

We sat there across from eachother glaring at each other like some annoying children waiting for who would break the silence first. I was definitely not going to. I really had lots of stuff to do than sitting here having a glaring contest which was now just uncomfortable.
