Heather walks up to her half sisters door with full confidence and a loud knock

after a few seconds the door opens and a slim figure with dark hair ascends from the doorway, 'what?'

'look, i have a reputation at school that i need you to not only stay away from and not mess with' Heather stops to quickly eye the reaction from her sister, 'but not tell mom about.'

the dark haired girl scoffs taking away half of heathers confidence, 'I could care less about your little boyfriends Heather" she shuts her door, Heather flinching at the suddenness

Heather rolls her eyes before storming back to her room with her new 'sister' at the top of her mind

Long Residence

'having a sleepover the day before school is kinda gay, not gonna lie' Brandt speaks as Alex and Dustin focus on the video game in front of them

'your the only one making it gay dude. you guys aren't having a sleepover your just staying over the day before school to make your moms lives easier' Dustin rolls his eyes and Alex stands up as Dustin's character starts fighting his own.

'Whatever, you guys heard about heathers sister?' Brandt asks trying initiate a conversation again

'yeah i saw her' Alex shrugs acting like she hasn't been on his mind since he bumped into her at the arcade

both boys surrounding him snapped their heads towards him in disbelief, 'shit dude, she live up to Megan fox and Rihanna?' Dustin laughs while shaking his head, expecting Alex's usual rant about how rumours are bullshit and everyone always over exaggerates how good looking someone is

'honestly i see the resemblance' he shrugs still acting focused on the game

'between her and megan fox or her and heather mcbubble guppy' Brandt laughs not having caught onto Alex's slight interest in the new girls looks

'Megan i guess' Alex watches his character win by killing Dustin's - though dustin's already left his controller on the couch he was previously sitting on

both other boys noticing this, follow Dustin to his computer that he's now hunched over. they read what he's typing into his AIM account to Heather

She looked around the room suspiciously, 'better stay this way the rest of the night' she hmphd before turning back to her room
