The family had almost finished dinner, Mr Choi looks at his wife and receiving a small nod from her.
"So, San, Jongho?" He called out to his sons, causing them to look at him. He took a deep breath before speaking again
".. Me and your mom has decided to take a divorce.." He says, and San and Jongho look at each other, letting out a small laugh.
"We're serious." Mrs Choi sternly says, causing the boys to look at them with a plain expression
"We've been thinking about this since a long time.. But we decided to do this when you both become a bit older.." Mrs Choi continues. At this point, Jongho and San realised that they're actually serious.
"B-But why tho..?" San asks, meanwhile Jongho still couldn't belive what their parents said.
"our relationship with each other wasn't the same anymore when you both were about 9..we thought we can just make it work anyways 'cause we didn't wanna be selfish and think about ourselves, but we couldn't.." Mr Choi says and lets out a small sigh looking at another direction.
" So we decided to take this step when you both become a bit older.. "Mrs Choi says.
".. So w-who's gonna get who's custody..?"Jongho asks, trying to control his tears.
His parents noticed it and started to feel the guilt, that they're basically seprating their sons for a really long amount of time probably. They know that they're inseparable, which makes this most harder than it seems.
"It's not decided yet.. But if I get either one of yours custody, you'll be coming with me to Australia..they offered me a position there and I'm thinking about saying yes " Mr Choi says, making both of their sons to look at him with a surprised expression.
