A girl walking quickly through the woods stops at a clearing looking up at the bright full moon. Taking deep breaths and closing her eyes to clear her mind.
"You don't have to do this May." Her wolf tells her. May opens her eyes as she sees her wolf's spirit standing before her. "Yes, I do." In a cold tone, she speaks to her wolf.
"May..."
"You know why I won't back down, everything was taken from me...
My home... my family... my friends... and my life..."
May turns away from her wolf, looking straight ahead. She can see many wolves running through the trees towards her where she stands. There her eyes are focused on the one leading them.
She looks back up at the moon, it shines in the clearing of the trees. Slowly a figure starts to appear from the moon, May quickly takes out her dagger and thrusts it through the woman that appeared. The woman fell to the ground in agony. Taking her last breath she lays unmoving, the bright glow surrounding her fades as it turns into a bright orb of light. May quickly touches the light and it quickly engulfs her body.
The wolves finally make it before they see May's appearance change. Her once dark brown hair turned silver and her eyes turned a shade of bright blue to once green ones. As all the wolves transform back to their human forms. "May! Please listen to m..." As one called out to her. "Silence" They all stiffen from her command.
May takes a deep breath as she says out loud to the crowd "I call all the wolves to me." Suddenly they drop to their knees as a feeling of something leaving them. Many wolf spirits surround May looking up to her. "May..." One groans out to her as his wolf left him. Laying on the ground as the others try to call back their wolf.
She doesn't look at him and only stares at his wolf before her. "Fara go to him" Mays wolf glances back at her as she approaches her mate. They both come closer feeling happy to be together. As they huddle close a bright light surrounds them becoming a light orb. All the other wolf spirits approach their mate and become a bright light. The lights circle May and she hears small howls from each one.
"Go be happy with your mate" The lights shoot up to the sky as many stars start to appear around the full moon. The glow surrounding her fades with her appearance back.
She looks down at the body where the women lay but only saw her dagger left. She takes the dagger and walks through the unconscious bodies laying on the ground and disappears into the trees never looking back.
