Peri has been in and out of foster care since the age of 9, even moving to different states because of foster care systems being extremely full. Overcoming obstacles of making new friends every few months, changing schools too many times to count and the regular ups and downs of childhood, Peri has defied them all to not become a statistic. She is succeeding and she will become someone who will change the world I can already tell. ☺️
Peri has always wanted a family, foster care can be so lonely especially as an only child. But with being eighteen and nearly aging out of the system, she knew it would be unlikely, until she came into our lives. We knew, she had to join our family. ❤️
Peri has been living in California since she was fifteen, living in a group home for teen moms (where we met her while volunteering!) We instantly connected and she has been in our family for two months now!
Peri is a proud and an incredible mom of a beautiful two year old little boy who you will meet in another post. He's precious! We are loving being his grandparents! We are officially grandparents of two now! 😍
Peri has been focusing on catching up in school (with moving around so much, her education was severely affected, causing her to be behind) However, Peri will be graduating high school next year along with our twins Norah and Gideon, Pentatonix cousin Liam and our good friend's son Roman!

Jace is two years old, a month older than our daughter Seraphina and they are already best friends and partners in crime! 😂
Jace is rambunctious, fun, sweet and perfect! He has the most adorable little voice I have ever heard. The first words he said to us was "wuv you" We knew it was a sign for what's the come.
Peri is such an incredible Mama to this sweet boy. She has raised him all on her own since the beginning, with no help at all. Not anymore. We are family now and we will be there no matter what 🩵
