Chapter 3

The Next Day

Fourth's POV

I got up and found the other side of the bed empty maybe he already got up and went somewhere he didn't even tell me.Hey Fourth why are you bothered if he tells you or not I thought.I went towards the bathroom and did my morning routine I dressed up in my casual wear and went to the kitchen as I was very hungry I badly need to eat something.As soon as I got down I saw him coming from outside in his tshirt and shorts.Sweat was dripping from his forehead to the neckline and disappearing in his tshirt.I gulped and made my way to the kitchen.He came to the kitchen and took a bootle from the fridge when I asked,"Would like to have something of your liking"
"I'm not a picky eater anything would be okay" he said
"Well then I'll make some pancakes and coffee I hope you won't mind it"
"Not at all just don't make my coffee very sweet"
"Yeah sure go wash up let's have breakfast together."
"Okay"
I prepared some chocolate pancakes and two cups of coffee I was arranging the dishes on the table when he came down.
We started digging in our food in full silence
"We need to divide the house chores"Gemini said
"Sure,tell me what all do I need to do"
"So the breakfast is on you I'll do the dishes I'll eat lunch at the office as I know you have to go to the office as well.The dinner will be on me and you have to do the dishes at night.I'll do my own laundary I hope you will do the same.And about cleaning lets do it on alternate days"
"Yeah cool well I can make us lunch so that you don't have to eat outside food everyday"I said
"I've been doing that from so long"
"That doesn't mean you will continue to do that forever and why didn't you make your own food when you know how to"
"I used to get tired after studies and work so I preferred to order takeouts it's okay I can manage it now as well"
"But I make it for myself and I'll make it for you as well"
"You don't have to really"
"I'll be doing it and that's final"
"Okay"

After the breakfast he did the dishes and I was watching a movie in the hall.We are going to stay at home for a week and then start going to work again.I asked him to sit with me and watch the movie but he refused saying he has works to complete.Yeah so I told you right never expect anything so here I am sitting alone watching a movie after the marriage.If it wasn't something like this I would have been enjoying the real honeymoon with my husband or wife well I don't matter the gender as long as we both are happy.This is going to be the same everyday fourth start getting used to this I reminded myself.After sometime I made the lunch and we had it in pin drop silence again.
"Let's get to know each other."I said to him when he was doing the dishes
"Why?"
"Well if someone ever asks us about each other then we could answer them easily with hesitating.But I do wanna get to know you I told you I want us to be friends atleast"
"Okay ask whatever you want"
"Your birthdate"I asked
"13th June.Yours?"
"18th October"
"Where did you study?"
"Harrow International School and Oxford University"
"I studied in St.Gabriels High School and Chulalongkorn University"
"What is your favourite colour"he asked
"Blue yours"
"Black and White"
"As expected your favourite food"
"As I told you I'm not a picky eater so I don't have anything in favourite but I like to eat crispy pork a lot what about you"
"I like veggies"
"Huhh veggies in like raw veggies are you a cow"
"Heyy I like them what's the big deal in it"
"I don't like them at all"
"And just now someone said he isn't a picky eater"I mocked
"Next question please"he said
"Your hobbies"
"I like to sing and play guitar I also like to play football a lot."
"Hey same let's play football sometime together"
"I don't have time"
"Hey plss let's play it on weekend Na....Na....."I showed him my puppy eyes
"Okay we'll think about it"he said
"Your dislikes"
"I don't like people ordering me around"
'I don't like my parents' I mumbled
"Huhh"
"Nothing I don't like seafood that much I don't like people ordering me as well"
And the list went on we got to know many things about each other and the day ended like that surprisingly we didn't fight today.
Days went by and from tomorrow we are going to start going to the office.Nothing much happened in the last week there was no progress in our relationship though I tried to be friends with him but he didn't bother at all so I didn't make that much efforts as well yes he talked to me interacted with me but our status inside the house was still the same as it was on the first day.

Gemini's POV

From tomorrow we will be going to the office again in the last week Fourth tried to make me open up in front of him but I didn't gave him a lot of response I don't know what's gotten into me I'm...I'm scared to give a status to our relationship I feel sad to behave like that with him but I don't seem to understand what should I do.I want to be just friends with him but at the same time I feel those butterflies inside my stomach whenever he looks into my eyes and talks to me,whenever our hands accidentally brushes against others, whenever he makes those puppy eyes to make me agree with him.
What the hell is happening with me??
I just don't understand
