Author's POV
The day started as usual Gemini going for jogging early morning and Fourth making the breakfast and lunch.He packed the food in two boxes and placed it on the dining table.They had there breakfast in silence and started preparing for their office.
"Fourth,I'll drop you to your office"
"No it's fine I have my car"
"I insist please"
"Okay"
After some time
Fourth was reading the newspaper when Gemini came and said,
"Let's go"
"Yeahh sure"
"At what time should I pick you up"
"5:30 would do if you are free by then otherwise I'll book a cab"
"I'll be there at 5:30"
"Okay let's go then"
A soft melody was playing in the car and Gemini started singing with the tune Fourth was mesmerized to hear his angelic voice
"You really have beautiful voice"he said
"Huhh ......."
"You have a beautiful voice"
"Thank you it's my favourite song"
"Mine as well"
"Why don't you sing along then"
Fourth shaked his head and smiled at him
They reached Fourth's office and fourth got out of the car
"I'll be here at 5:30 okay"
"Yeah sure Have a good day"fourth said
"You too"
When both of them entered their respective cabin they saw bouquet of roses kept on the their tables and note on top of it saying,
"Happy Married Life"❤️
They smiled while reading it
The day went well for both of them they were very busy for the whole day as they didn't work for last one week meetings after meetings pending documents to review and sign.Whoever met them congratulated them for the wedding.And the day went by pretty early.
It was already 5:30 but fourth was still working on the last document for the day he didn't want to keep it pending for the next day so he kept reviewing every single detail in it he even forgot to check the time.
It was 5:40 and Gemini was still waiting in the parking lot contemplating whether to go inside the office or not at last he made his mind and locked the car walking to the building.
He entered the building and asked the receptionist,"Excuse me can you please tell me at which floor Khun Fourth's cabin is"
"Swadee Khrub Sir Gemini he is on the 5th floor you can take the lift from here"she pointed towards the right side
"Thank you"he smiled at her
When he reached the 5th floor there were some employees working on their computers as soon as they saw him they got up and greeted him and congratulated him as well he just kept saying thank you and bowing a little to everyone he reached the cabin and asked Fourth's secretary if he can go in and she obliged smiling at him He knocked the door once but got no reply he again knocked the door when he heard a faint sound of 'Come In' he got inside and looked at Fourth working so intently not even bothering about the surroundings he didn't even glanced at the door to look who it was he just spoke while still working,"What's it Miss Jane you can leave if you want I'll just complete this and go na"Gemini smiled
He kept looking at him and moved forward sitting in the empty chair in front of the table
Fourth looked up,"Miss Jane......" It seems that his words were struck in the middle coz he just kept looking at his husband
"Gemini you are here"he looked at the time 5:50 "I'm so sorry Gem I didn't look at the time did you wait for too long I bet you did let's go I'll just do this tomorrow"
Gemini didn't say anything and kept looking at fourth did he hear it right Fourth called him Gem just now maybe his ears are ringing,"What did you say"
"I said let's go I'll do this tomorrow"
"No before that"
"I'm sorry Gem...."and it was fourth's turn to be shocked did he just give his husband a nickname he blushed his ears were turning red he shook the thoughts of and started packing his stuffs,"Let's go it's late already"
"Yeah let's go"
"Can I hold you hand"Gemini asked
"Huhh"
"Can I hold your hand I mean like we are at your office so we have to be a bit lovely"
"Ohh yeah"Fourth felt sad he thought Gemini really wants to hold his hand but it's all just an act
"Let's go"
They held each other's hand and an unknowing sensation passed through both of them like some spark went through them they were feeling butterflies in their stomach
Gemini's POV
Again sorry for hurting you Fourth you don't know how I wanna hold your hand everyday like this you are making me feel things I never felt.I felt so good when you called me with that nickname I've never been called like that.You will really be the death of me.I'm sorry for making that excuse that we have to act lovely infront of people because I want to really hold you close to me it's getting hard day by day acting like I don't care but I do I do care for you.I don't know if I'm starting to like you.Just wait for some time na I want to be clear about my feelings just give me some time okay.As soon as we got out from the cabin hand in hand we walked towards the lift people started cheering for us we just smiled at them and got inside the lift still holding hands and we reached the parking lot in no time that's when we left each other.I opened the passengers seat door for him and gestured him to get inside I placed his stuff in the back seat.This is what I wanna do I know fourth must be thinking I'm doing it for others no I'm not doing it for others I'm doing this for Us.
Guys I'm sorry if the updates are very late from now onwards because I have exams in a month and I need to focus on that so I hope you guys can understand but stay tuned I'll upload every other day or whenever I get time ❤️🙏🏻😇
