(Stevens Pov)

My eyes fluttered, i was in a field. "Huh... Is this a... Where is everybody..." I stood up and looked around, my eyes froze when i looked down at my legs. I was in a little dress, with puffballs on my feet and white stockings, and it felt... like my body but i knew it wasn't, i was WAY to tall. "What even i- AHH! my voice..." I had a more feminine voice obviously, but just like my body, it sounded like mine. i put my hand to my stomach to touch my gem, but it felt different, it wasn't a pink circle gem with a pentagon in the center, it was shaped like a diamond with the pointy side up. "Why is my gem... Diamond-like." but when i looked up, there was fire, and now i was in the body of... my mother. I was and felt like Rose Quartz, in the midst of all this chaos holding my sword made by bismuth, a pearl came up to me... Our Pearl... she began to speak to me "My Diamond! We have to get out of here! Wake up! Wake up!"

I sat up in the bed immediately to pearl shaking me awake. "Wake up! Steven are you okay.... you had a pretty bad nightmare it seems..." She said as she grabbed and folded the clothes i left on my floor. "I just had a very... vivid... dream." I said looking at my hand and remembering the sensation of the sword. "Pearl... I need to know more about... Pink Diamond." As i said that pearl stopped folding the clothes, but she knew she couldn't stop running away from it, i knew too, i knew there was something i had to be told. "Steven.. I love you... but i can't tell you everything, When the right time comes i will... For now... What do you want to know?" As she said that, I took that as her way of hinting that she can't tell me but there is indeed something. "Who was your... original Diamond... i know Garnet was to Blue diamond and Peridot was to Yellow... But what about you?" I asked, I brought up Pink Diamond earlier because i had a feeling that was her original diamond. "It was... Pink Diamond... Steven i... why do you want to know any of this..." Pearl asked me. "I keep having dreams... and my gem feels wierd... and it always has to do with.. Pink Dia..mond" Eventually i saw everything get black and i collapse back on my bed. the last thing i heard was a faint "S-Steven..?"

(Pearl's POV)

     "S-Steven?" He fell down back on his bed in front of me. "Steven are you okay..?" I put my hands on his shoulders and began to gently shake him, but my eyes went down to the bottom of his shirt, as i could see something glowing, i lifted it up a bit to look at his gem... I was the only one in the whole universe that knew that this was the Pink Diamond gem... I gently placed my finger on it. "Can you... hear me..." I asked, a small amount of my repressed feelings for hope that she's still here with me. As his gem shut off all glowing, my hope disappeared, but that didn't last long. His Gem quickly flashed, i put my hands on my face. "F.. Flash once for yes... twice for no..." My heart was racing... is this really happening? "Is that you... Rose..."
The morning room stayed quiet, as i felt hope slipping away, it flashed. "Ohh my White..." I said as tears flowed down my cheeks.

      I opened my mouth to say something but was cut off as Steven opened his eyes and rose up. "Steven I.." Tears were flowing down my eyes, but everything stopped when i stared into his eyes. "Those Pupils.." I knew them by heart... Humans had circle pupils, but steven right now.. had Diamond shaped pupils... "Rose... Pin... Is that you?" I say with my voice cracking. Steven's body moves his hands to his face. "Pearl... where am I.." She said, Her voice has a hint of Rose's mixed with Steven's "It is you... Rose..." I said Shaking

(Rose/Pink's Pov)

      "Pearl... where am I.." As those words escape my mouth, i barely, but recently remember being in a hospital and... i don't know. "Pearl is Steven alive..? Where are we..? why is there a building at the temple... I... Is Greg okay?" I looked at Pearl who lip began to quiver. "Steven... Please, if your joking tell me now..." Pearl said whilst crying. "Pearl... are you okay..? I haven't seen you cry like this in awhile... and... my body... why am i... in the body of a human." I asked as i looked down at myself, Suddenly Pearl Lept into my arms and cried and sobbed, i began to rub her back, still confused.

        "Its been 14 years Rose..." She said crying as my eyes widen. "Wait... where is Steven.. and Greg... Amethyst and Garnet... Where is Everybody.." I asked as pearl sniffed w , but she eventually said. "Your... in the body of Steven... We'd all thought you died... i thought you died... Greg is a few blocks dow-" I quickly cut pearl off "AM I KILLING STEVEN?" I asked frightened. "N-No i don't think so." Pearl said. "Maybe... wait... can you... no no that's too risky..." It seemed like pearl had an idea "Please tell me Pearl." I said. "Well... Because it seems the both of you are... fully 100% alive... if we use a Gem destabilizer... it might be able to... split the two of you... whilst keeping both alive... you just might be poofed." Pearl said, I took a second to think about it, and it sounded reasonable. "Okay... wait... If i reform... will i reform as Pink Diamond of my Rose Quartz Form." I asked, not wanting anyone else to know about Pink Diamond basically being me. "No.. mm... you've never been poofed in battle before so maybe... we might have to do this in private.. If you see anyone.. try to act like a human.. like Steven-" Pearl was cut off by the door opening. A man in his late 40s walked in holding groceries in two hands and one in the mouth whilst opening the door with his foot. He placed everything down and said. "Hey Schtu-Ball." I instantly knew this was Greg. "Greg.. I mean.. uh... D-dad?" I said, but pearl interrupted. "Greg... it's time you know something..." I looked at pearl, silently agreeing, it was indeed time for Greg to know. As he tilted his head, I Looked at pearl, she was at unease, everything WAS happening so fast
