Lakshman has been feeling very happy when he thinks about how he is going to be the husband of Urmila. He had already accepted her as his wife when he first saw her in the garden. But Lakshman also knows that she deserves better, and there are things that he may never be able to give her.
While thinking about Urmila, he thinks about how he should talk with her and tell her that by marrying him, she is losing lots of things that she could get from another prince.
So finally, he decides to meet and talk with Urmila, so he goes to Urmila's maid and informs her to tell Urmila that he wants to meet her at the flower garden and that it is urgent.
Urmila goes to the garden and sees Lakshman looking out. She goes near Lakshman and coughs loudly to get Lakshman's attention.
Lakshman looks at Urmila, and both look into each other's eyes and start daydreaming in love. But after a while, they both break out of daydreaming, and Lakshman starts by saying, "Urmila. I can't marry you as my heart and soul already belongs to someone else."
Urmila was sad, but she said, "Congratulations, Prince Lakshman." "I hope you have a happy life with her."
As Urmila was about to go back with teary eyes, she was stopped by Lakshman.
"Oh no, I don't have any woman in my heart since it already belongs to you, but my heart and soul belong to my brother Ram, and my purpose has been to serve my brother since I was born," said Lakshman.
"Then why can't you marry me, Lakshman?" said Urmila
"Because I feel like I don't deserve you as you have the qualities of a queen, and when you marry me, you won't get that as I am not the prince that will ever become a king," said Lakshman.
"For me, my brother Ram is the most important, even more, important than my parents, myself, or even you, my love." "As I will be busy serving my brother the whole day, I will never give you enough time, love, or care that you deserve," said Lakshman.
"If there comes a time where I have to choose between you and my brother, I will always choose my brother, so please, I don't believe that I am deserving of you. I want you to talk with your father and decline this marriage as you deserve better than me." Said Lakshman
Urmila was amazed by the care that Lakshman has shown, especially in his words.
"Lakshman, for me, I just want my husband to love me with all his heart again. I believe you will give me all that I want, so please don't worry about other things, such as me getting the title of queen, as I do not care about that." Said Urmila
"Lakshman, for me, Sita is the same as your Ram is for you, so don't worry; I will be happy where Sita is there. I will always understand that sometimes you won't be able to give me time, love, or care, but I will know that my Lakshman will always love me with all his heart," said Urmila.
"If there ever comes a time where you have to choose between your brother and me, I will never fault you or stop you from doing your duty, Lakshman," said Urmila.
"For me, I have already accepted you as my husband since the day I first saw you in the garden," said Urmila.
They both look into each other's eyes and fall more deeply in love as they daydream about each other's future.
