Bonus chapter - Daniel

Daniel's POV

Someone needs to teach that ass a lesson and I hope that it's me. I definitely wouldn't mind throwing a punch or two. No one messes with my friends.

Noah and Juliet left a while ago so it's just Nora and I. I don't mind being alone with her because she's really entertaining and fun to be with. And I may have a teensy weensy crush on her but it doesn't matter. I'm sure she doesn't think of me in that way.

Nora turns to me and says, "Okay so this is what we do. You take Jared and I'll take bratty Barbie."

I nod and crack my knuckles with an evil smirk, "Pretty boy has no idea what he's in for."

Nora lets out a very impressive evil laugh. I can't help joining in with her but she interrupts me midway. "That's just weird dude. Get your own evil laugh."

She leaves with a sassy flick of her hear. And let me tell you, she has one fine ass. Not that I was looking. Psht.

Finally the lunch bells rings. I didn't think that I would make it. I quickly make my way towards the cafeteria and stand in line. I can hear footsteps behind me but I already know who it is. Nora may think that she's an awesome ninja but I am way better.

"Guess who." She says in a deep, gruff voice.

I shake my head and sigh at her weird behaviour before playing along, "I hope its Sally the unicorn because that would make my day. Although it would be weird if Sally had a male's voice."

She uncovers my eyes and hits the back of my head. "It's me, dipshit."

"Oh. Now I'm even more disappointed." I joke but she hits me again. That girl is strong for a short person.

"I know you love me." she says and turns towards Greta to order a burger and chips.

Boy, she has no idea how much I love her. I have ever since we were little. I honestly only broke her doll to get her attention but that didn't work out well. I've liked her on and off for the past few years. And Every time I see her with some other guy I just want to rip his head off.

As soon as I get my food we make our way towards our table. Just as I'm about to eat my burger I see Nora practically unhinge her jaw and take a massive bite out of her burger. I'm both impressed and jealous.

"Can I help you?" she asks sarcastically with her mouth full of food. She is really something else.

I couldn't help but laugh as I take a bite of my own burger. As soon as I finish my bite, instead of talking with a full mouth like someone I know, I say, "It's just weird to see a girl eat so freely and not worry about calories."

She swallows her food, thankfully, and points her burger at me. "Well that's because I'm different from most girls. And who cares about calories. Calories shmalories."

I let out a small chuckle but don't say anything. It's really refreshing to see a girl eat like this. I wonder how she can eat this much and still have such a great body. It's a miracle.

We sit in silence for the next few minutes eating our burgers. When I look up at Nora I see that she's looking angrily at someone behind me. I turn to see that Barbie just walked in and is making her way towards Jerry, Gerald, Garry - whatever his name is. She bends a bit, probably to sit on his lap, but he moves at the last second and she falls on the floor. I let out a loud laugh along with Nora. Barbie shoots us a glared before stomping out with Jared following behind her like a love sick puppy, apologising profusely.

"So what do you have in mind for our little pretty boy today?" Nora asks me when we stop laughing. I know who she's referring to since I called him that this morning.

I can't wait to get my hands on him and show him what happens when he messes with one of my friends. I put on an evil look and tap my fingers together, like a true evil scientist. "Oh, when I'm done with him, he's gonna wish that his momma had kept her legs closed."

Those two have no idea what they got themselves into. Get ready to enter the thunderdome bitches.

The day finally ended and right now I'm waiting for Jared and Barbie to exit the building. I'm standing around the corner from where his car is parked so he won't be able to run away. Nora is standing on the opposite corner waiting for Barbie. As soon as she sees them she will whistle to signal our opponents' arrival.

They finally arrive and when Nora whistles, I give her a thumbs up as if saying that I heard. Barbie quickly pecks his lips before walking towards her car and Jared walks my way. He checks over his shoulder quickly before he wipes his mouth with the back of his hand. I nearly laughed out loud. I guess Barbie doesn't know that her boy toy isn't into her anymore.

Before he notices me, I hide and wait for him to round the corner. As soon as I see him I grab his collar and slam him into the wall.

"Dude, seriously!" he whines and rubs the back of his head.

"You broke my best friend's heart so I'm going to break you." I say with a smirk.

"Okay, look dude, I didn't mean to hurt her. It was Barbie, she dared me to and I couldn't just back out. At first I just thought that Juliet was cute but then I got to really know her and I actually started to like her. I was going to tell her but then Barbie did that whole stunt on the bleachers. I really care about her and I didn't mean to hurt her."

"Aww, you actually think that I give two shits about your sob story?" I mock in a baby voice and pinch his cheeks. I'm going to have so much fun with this dude.

"You're an ass." He says and pushes me but I stand my ground.

"You really shouldn't have done that because now I have to show you how much of an ass I can actually be." With that I swing my arm back and punched him in the face. I haven't punched someone in a long time and after doing it I felt as if a weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Until I turn to leave and a weight actually lands on my shoulders. The little bastard jumped on me.

When I was younger I did karate and they taught us how to throw someone over our shoulders, so I swiftly bend over and swing him over and onto his back. He lands with a groan and I dust the imaginary dust off of my shoulders. But pretty boy just doesn't give up because he gets up and runs up to me. I try to dodge his punch but he just about gets me. I know that it won't bruise but it will be red for a while. This boy just doesn't quite.

With one last punch, he falls to the floor, blood oozing out of his nose. Serves him right to mess with me.

"If you know what's good for you, you'll stay away from Juliet." I say before I walk away.

I try to locate Nora and see her sitting on the hood of her car waiting for me. As I get closer I see a small red mark on her cheek. Luckily it's the only mark I find. I sit on the car next to her and try to touch her cheek. "Looks like she got you."

She laughs and swats my hand away. "You should see the way she looks dude. I did a good job."

That's my girl. I mean, uhm. Nevermind. I casually smirk and pull my leg up to my chest. "You should see Jared. I kind of feel sorry for the guy." Not. He deserved everything that he got.

"Well we both did great jobs. High five!" I lift up my hand to high five her but instead of hitting my hand she hits my forehead. She's a sneaky little witch. She lets out a loud laugh and I can't help but think how cute she looks when she laughs. I love seeing her laugh.

When she calms down, she pushes me off her car and says, "Come on. We have places to be and people to see."

We both get into our separate cars and drive to Juliet's house. I really wish that I could spend more alone time with her but I don't want to seem forward. Maybe I just need to grow some balls and ask her out like a real man.
