His lips were so soft, I couldn't stop. He had raised his hand from my hip to the back of my head, holding me in my place. He devoured my lips and I tried to absorb this moment and never forget it, ever.

But my little fantasy broke as Lewis broke the kiss off. I looked in his eyes and saw a weird glinstering in them. "I'm sorry, Jude.. But this isn't right." He shook his head and walked away, back to the bar. I touched my lips as I slowly started to miss his presence. What did I do? I stayed at the dance floor and kept dancing. It would be too awkward to talk to Lewis now... why did I kiss him? God, this is all so messed up. I kept dancing for a few more minutes before I went back to where Lewis was sitting. I put my hand on his back and he jumped up. His eyes found mine and he relaxed a bit. "I'm sorry for earlier..." I started, "I just got lost in the moment, I-"

"It's okay, Jude. No need to apologise... It was just a mistake. You're clearly drunk and I should've known better, I'm sorry." He smiled at me, but I couldn't give him one back.

"I think we should go back..." Lewis nodded and I started walking towards the entrance, having Lewis following me closely.

We got outside and we walked to his car. We didn't say a word to each other while we walked next to each other. He opened his car and I jumped in immediately.

"I thought you were going to drink?" I asked as he got behind the steering wheel.

"I didn't want you to walk home at night... So I'm dropping you off at your place." He put his seatbelt on and turned to me. I smiled at him. At least he cared for me...

"I don't really think I can still walk home at all... my legs are sooo heavy." I think the alcohol really kicked in now. I was totally drained and I was so glad that Lewis was driving us back.

He smiled as he started the car. "Don't forget your seatbelt, Princess. It might go against security protocols." He joked.

"Ha-ha, very funny." But I listened to him and put my seatbelt on. After that silence filled the car. But this time not a bad silence. It was peaceful and I slowly felt my eyes getting heavy.

But before I could drift off into sleep, Lewis put his hand on my thigh. "Don't fall asleep now, we're almost at the parking lot." He laughed quietly and I sat back up, trying to hold my eyes open.

"Can you maybe drop me off closer to the palace..? I don't think my legs can keep up walking that last bit," I said sleepily.
Lewis placed his hand back on the steering wheel and nodded. "Yeah, of course. Do you know the way to your secret entrance? Because I believe you didn't go through the front entrance." He asked and I nodded slowly.

"Yeah, uhm... I believe you have to go left there." I pointed at a small way that was poorly lit up.

"Jude, that's the parking lot entrance." He laughed and drove slower, letting me rethink where to go.

"Oh, than it is one further. I'm sure." He took the next one left and drove onto a small road. I knew it was from this point just straight, until almost the end, where he had to take a sharp right to get to the secret garden entrance. I told him that and he drove me to the destination.

When we arrived, which didn't even take more than 2 minutes, I jumped out and walked to the secret door. I stopped as Lewis put his window down and said my name.

"Jude. I..." he started, but he didn't continue.

"Yes, Lewis?" I turned to him.

"I enjoyed spending time with you... and, uhm. I think I'll see you at the Grand Prix next weekend, right?" He looked at me with hope. He really wanted me to be there...
