Its a beautiful sunny morning in outer Banks Sarah and Rafe Cameron are talking in their kitchen

"Hey have u heard about the new girl?" - Sarah says happily

Rafe's eyes widened  "New girl? No what new girl?"

"The one who just moved here dumbass? Why else would i say new" - Sarah says rolling her eyes at Rafe

Rafe just stares and sighs"No i haven't heard about her obviously no need to be rude"  he says flipping her off with a smirk appearing across his face. "plus i don't care about her" he says proudly

"Harsh much? Oh well whatever then i guess"  Sarah says with a disgusted look just by the sight of her brother

I was just sitting at a table in a little cafe just enjoying the view of the beach when a small blonde girl comes up to me with a big smile

"Hey do you mind if i sit here with you?" she said

"no not at all" i say happily

"so your the new girl right?" The blonde girl says

"yup that's me"

"I'm Sarah Cameron btw whats your name?"

"Im y/n Osteen" i say smiling

"so what made you move to the OBX" Sarah says intrigued

"My dad moved his company here" i say

"oh i see do you maybe want a tour around" she says eager

"oh sure id love to"

As i say that she jumps up in excitement and grabs my hand and we are off to tour around obx

⚘❀-*me and Sarah had finished touring around obx*-⚘❀

"wow the OBX is such a precious place i cant wait to meet more people and make friends" - i say enjoying the nature surrounding us

"i can be your friend!" she says excitedly

"wait really??" i say with a huge smile across my face

"OFCOURSE! your so nice who wouldn't want to be your friend!" Sarah says

We both scream in excitement and swing our arms around each other jumping up and down up and down 

"omg I'm so hungry lets go to my house"  she says leading me to her home

We arrive and her house is huge!

"woah your house is so nice!" i say overwhelmed

she was about to say something until she got interrupted by a phone call coming from my phone. I look up at my phone to see who it was and it was a incoming call from my dad i sigh "sorry I'm going to have to take this"

"sure its ok ill just be waiting in the kitchen" she says walking up some spiralled stairs

꧁minutes passed by and i had just finished the call with my dad꧂

You both made eye contact, he was very tall maybe 6,3, he had a strong jawline and long hair slicked back hair with greasy bangs
