It's true how they say ignorance is bliss
Since it sets us free from all of this.
We don't know pain if we know not it exists
And the anguish can't tear us into little bits.
We don't know loneliness if we've never been alone,
When all of your life companionship has been known.
You don't know hatred if you've only seen love,
If you've never known what it's like when push comes to shove.
I don't want to read the mind to know the truth, the lies in this
