Has anyone else noticed that it's rarely the big problems in life that lead to mental breakdowns?
It's typically the stupid, little things
Like a door left cracked open when you specifically asked for it to be closed
Or for people to text you when you're working hard on something and don't want your concentration broken.
It's because the big problems leave us in shock.
We're not used to it so it overwhelms us yo to the point where it leaves us numb.
But then that little thing happens,
That minuscule issue that registers in our stressed out mind
And we explode like fireworks on the fourth of July.
All because of a cracked door.
