I couldn't believe she is dead. I couldn't save her from the falling. She fell 30 floors. She laid there, frozen in blood as the people started to surround her. I heard that one of them called the ambulance.

As I landed on the ground the crowd splitted automaticly for me. I started to walk towards her body. I was desperately searching for her heart beat but I couldn't hear anything. It was like a bad dream which I can't wake up from.

I bended down to her to brush the hair out of her face. She was still warm and beautiful. I felt my eyes were full with tears and they were on my cheeks to. Lois Lane was dead. The people around me stood there in complete silence when I heard that someone landed right next to me. The crowd stepped aside a few steps and I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm sorry" said the Dark Knight. "I promis you that we will take revenge on Mongul for this" he said and he took his hand off me and stepped away. I took a deep breath and I lifted up Lois in my arms. The ambulance was already there so I took there Lois's body then I walked back to the Dark Knight.

"I'll kill him with my bare hands" and not waiting for Batman's reaction I flew up in the sky trying to find Mongul. "Need a little help?" asked Diana with a soft smile on her face as she appeared next to me. I didn't answer her so she continued. "I'm deeply sorry. We saw what happened at the Hall and after Batman's call we hurried here immediately to help you".

I was in silence for a few moments but then I suddenly stopped and hugged her. She was a little bit surprised but she hugged me back. "Thank you" I said whispering and when I turned around I saw all of my friends from the Justice Leauge. Meanwhile Batman disappeared to somewhere but I knew that he always walks on different road, most of the time, a few steps before us so I weren't worried about him.

"We have to search through the city. If anybody sees Mongul call for back up" I said to them and we all flew away in different kind of directions. I was only searching for like ten minutes when I got the report that Mongul is in downtown in an old building which was burned down a month ago. I knew that place very well because I helped the firefighters extinguish the fire.

When I got there I saw that Wonder Woman, Green Lanter and Batman were fighting with Mongul and they made the place even worse than it was before but I didn't care about it. Luckily the Wayne Enterprises hadn't start the restauration yet.

I flew throught the wall and I punched Mongul in the face. He fell to the ground and I started punching him. I heard Wonder Women begging for me to stop but I ignored her and the others too. I couldn't see anything through my tears, when somebody grabbed my hand.

"That's enough" said Batman in his deep voice and maybe just because I wasn't thinking clearly I thought that his voice was a little bit softer than usual. "You're not a killer" he said and he let go my hand. I know I'm not a killer and I don't want to be one, but I was too angry and this time I wouldn't be satisfied with just taking him to a prison. After all, my better me won the fight and I lowered my head.

"You're right. I'm not a killer but I don't want him to live if Lois had to die" I said looking up at him. I saw him thinking about something then he said "Yes, you're not a killer. But I am". And before any of us could do something he pulled out one of his batarangs and threw it into Mongul's heart. He was dead. All the Justice League members stood stunned.

I stood up and turned to Batman to say something to him but he just jumped out the window. I looked outside and I saw that the riporters already surrounded the building and they were taking pictures about Batman flying away.
