We all got into the car, but the engine wouldn't start. Clark tried a few times to get it to work, but it didn't work. They all looked to me for help. I opened the door with a big sigh and got out, only Clark followed me.

I opened the hood and looked inside to find the problem. Clark stepped behind me and placed a hand gently on my shoulder. The others couldn't see us because of the hood.

"Is it hurts?" he whispered.
"Yes, but you could make me feel better tonight" I whispered back and planted a kiss on his lips.
"Deal" he said and hugged me until I fixed the problem and we could get back into the car. By then I could barely feel my hands.

I tried to sleep back, but I couldn't. I listened to the conversation of the others, but after a while Dick and Diana fell asleep and only the mother and son remained.

"How are you, son?" Martha asked in a whisper.
"Better" Clark said also in a whisper. They didn't want to wake anyone up.
"I hope you have forgotten about that nonsens by now" she said and Clark sighed.
"Sometimes I feel like it's my fault, but I know it's stupid, mom. I see that now, but I can't change my feelings"
"I know darling, but she didn't worth that much to blame yoursefl because of her. She was always a careless, arrogant and reckless woman. She wasn't the one for you, but I think you've already found someone instead of her, haven't you?" she asked with a knowing smile. I wondered what Clark would say.
"How do you know?"
"From the way you behave. You're in much better mood than you were at her funeral. So I guessed right, didn't I?"
"Yes, you know me too well, mom"
"Do you love her? I mean the new one"
"Yes, I am" He didn't correct her.
"Really? How long are you two dating?"
"For like a month"
"A month?! And are you already in love? You have to tell me what the girl is like. I hope she's similar to Bruce. He's such a sweetheart. Or at least partly similar to him. I would even be happy with that" she said. She was very flattering on me.
"I had no idea you like him so much"
"Of course I like him! A very handsome, intelligent and clever man, as I saw today. Not to mention that he's brave and saves people tirelessly"
"Your right, especialy about the tirelessly part"
"But enough about this, we are almost there"

Smallville, Kent farm 12 am

"Bruce darling, we are here" Martha 'woke me up' and I woke up Dick next to me and we get out of the car.
"Thank you, Mrs Kent, for having us" I said again as we went into the house.
"Oh, please call me Martha" she said with a great smile. I tried to smile back at her, but I almost passed out. I haven't eaten since yesterday morning and have been fighting crime for twelve hours. I don't know how I'm still alive.
"Thank you, Martha" I said, but it was very strange to call her that. My mother was also called Martha.

"We don't have enough bedrooms so two of you have to sleep together" she said as she made lunch for us. I was wearing one of Clark's T-shirts. It smelled just like him and I almost fell asleep. I got up from the table.
"I hope you excuse me, but I have to lie down and sleep before I pass out. Clark, could you show me one of your rooms?" I turned to him and he also stood up.
"You should eat first" he said sternly. I can't belive he wants to argue now.
"Clark, he'll eat when he wakes up" Martha said, but Clark still didn't move.
"When was the last time you ate?" he asked staring into my eyes. I didn't answered. "Dick?"
"We had breakfast together yesterday" he said unsure.
"Yesterday morning? Then you should really sit down and eat something" Martha said and I couldn't do anything else, I sat back at the table and had lunch.

After lunch, Clark finally lead me to a bedroom. My head hurt and my vision started to blur.

I followed him upstairs and he finally let me sleep. As soon as he opened the door, I went in, lay down on the bed, closed my eyes and fell asleep. I slept until 11 pm. Clark woke me up, of course.

"I hope you don't mind if I sleep with you" until I saw his face, I thought he was joking, but when I turned around, he looked serious.
"I don't mind" I said and as soon as he lay down I laid on him in our usual position. I hugged him with my left arm and rested my head on his shoulder. He hesitated for a moment, but then hugged me back and we lay like that in silence for a few minutes.
"Are you mad at me?" he asked nervously.
"Why would I be mad at you? Maybe a little bit about the lunch, but I'll get over it by tomorrow" I said, kissing under his jaw.
"Because of yesterday and the interview"
"But you didn't do anything" I said laughing. He still didn't calm down.
"And are you mad at Dawn?"
"No, are you?" I asked playfuly, kissing his neck. It looked like he didn't even notice.
"No, but how are you not mad at her? I thought you were going to attack her"
"She's the one I'm fighting for and it was just a friendly argument"
"Remind me not to argue with you" he said as he hugged me tighter.
"You won our argument at lunch. I can't win an argument against you, even though I've argued this with Alfred several times over the years. I think I've found my kryptonite" I said and I gave him a long passionet kiss. He turned me over and laid on top of me. We were looking into each other's eyes.
"I love you too" he said and kissed me.
"I didn't say I love you. I said you're my kryptonite" I said as soon as he let me take a breath.
"And you're mine" he whispered into my neck.

He started kissing me all over and he reached toward my pants, but I stopped him. "Wait, the others won't hear us?"
"We must be quiet" he said and I nodded in agreement.

I slipped out from him and laid down on him. We were both painting. I could feel his heart beat under my hand. He gently put his arms around me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I sighed and buried my face in his neck.

"Bruce, can I ask when is your birthday?" he asked because I never told the date, so they couldn't surprise me.
"Why?" I asked suspiciously.
"Because it's ridiculous that I don't know when my boyfriend's birthday is" he said outraged.
"Fine, but you mustn't tell anyone else. And, you can't give me a present or a surprise party"
"I know, I know. You don't like surprises" he said annoyed and I sighed.
"August 20" I said and he looked at me surprised. "What?"
"We thought your birthday was in the middle of the coldest winter" he said and I started laughing. Sometimes it's funny to hear what other people think of Batman. My myth turned out better than I thought.
"Well, you were wrong. Good night, Clark" I said, giving him a last passionet kiss before going to sleep.
"Good night"
