We spent the whole stay in bed on our last day. We were talking and we also did other things (You know what I'm talking about.). He told me that he had told Diana about us. I didn't mind it, she is almost family for me. Actually, we agreed that we should tell the main league members about it. Our weekly meeting is tomorrow morning and we would like to make the announce there.
After breakfast we checked out from the hotel. The same receptionist was there as yesterday. "I hope you enjoyed your time here. We're deeply sorry about the accident" she said. "No problem. What will happen with the hotel now that your director is in jail?" I asked and she shrugged. "We don't know. It think they sell it" "I'll buy it" I said and I walked away making a few phone calls. Both Clark and the receptionist looked at me in shock. "I phoned my company's lawyer and he said he'll do everything. We'll offer 1 million dollars but we can go above if it's necessary" I said while I walked back to them. "Why did you do that?" she asked still shocked. "It's a great hotel in a nice place and it has a great staff. It would be a shame if you had to give up your work. By the way, you'll need a board of directors and I would like to ask you to organize it and be the main director from now on" "Why me?" she asked, even more shocked. "Because your organizational skills are better than the previous director's. And of course you're a better person than her" I said and I left the hotel with Clark by my side. "This was very kind of you" Clark said when we got in a cab and he kindly smiled at me. "I don't know what are you talking about" I said but he just kissed my cheek.
We travelled in silence until we reached the Justice League HQ with my plane. I sent Superman ahead because I had to change my clothes.
When I entered the meeting room, everybody was there. I sat down next to Superman. Diana and the Martian Manhunter started the meeting. The first topic was the CADMUS and after their presentation I promised that I'll find a way to find out about their plans.
The next topic was about the new members of the Justice League. It could be useful one day so I listened to Diana carefuly, not like the others. They wanted to talk about our annual Christmas party. They wanted to skip this part. They said they would meet them at the party anyway, so they don't need this presentation but Diana ignored them and finished her talk about the new heroes.
After Wonder Woman sat down, Green Lanter and Flash spoke up and told the details about the party. I wasn't interested in that part, so I started thinking about the best way to find the CADMUS' weak point when I felt Superman's elbow between my ribs.
I looked at him questioningly.
"The meeting is over. Shall we now... You know" Superman asked and as I nodded we both stood up and the others turned around to see what's happening. "Before you leave, me and Batman would like to make an announcement" Superman said and I took off my mask. "We love each other and we are a couple now" I said and everyone looked at us in shock (except WW of course).

"What?" Flash asked first and the others agreed with him. "We're together and the meeting is now over" Superman said so I left him alone with the others, so they can interrogate him and I flew back to Gotham with my plane.
