Getting out of the car wasn't too easy. Dani wanted to kiss me goodbye and it turned into a make out session really quickly. Because the moment her hand sneaked under my dress, the memory of what we did before stormed in my head. I was clenching around nothing, kissing her neck roughly. She could be so turned on by now. I mean at least I hoped she was. I came so hard before that for a moment I completely forgot how to... live. And I didn't give her anything, and God I wanted to. I wanted to make her feel just as good as I felt in the church.

My trembling hands tried to undo her belt around her waist, but I did a terrible job. I felt her giggling, her fingers wrapping around my wrist.

"You have to stop, Bekah." She smiled widely.

"I don't wanna stop." I breathed, pressing my lips against hers. She let out a surprised moan, still smiling.

"Fuck you make me crazy, you have to stop, blondie." Dani pushed on my shoulders with both hands. "We can't do this right here, right now." Her cheeks were flushed and I was sure so was mine. She was right of course, it was a bright day light and anyone could see us. But my mind was too foggy to recognize that sooner.

"We should talk about something." She suggested. My heart was already racing, but it picked up another fast pace after her sentence. "Relax, it's nothing bad." She kissed my cheek, calming my nerves.

"Alright."

"The coach let me compete in the competition around christmas." She sat back a little, fixing her clothes I messed up earlier.

"Dani, this is so good. Congratulations." I still felt guilty for keeping her away from the competition, but honestly the fact that she could still go, made me feel better.

"Thank you." Her smile grew more. "But the competition is in a town two hours away. And we have to go a week earlier, so I have to leave... well tomorrow morning."

"Oh"

"If I win there all three times I have to go to the finals, so I would be staying longer." She bit her lip, studying my face.

"Well I'm not happy that you won't be here, but I'm happy about the opportunity you've got."

"Aren't you mad?"

"Why would I be?" I frowned, confused.

"I don't know." She shrugged.

"I'm not mad." I shook my head, leaning forward. "I'm happy for you, but I'm gonna miss you." I kissed her lips softly.

"I'm gonna miss you too." Dani smiled a little.

"See you...later?" I whispered against her lips.

"See you later. I love you." She nodded, pressing a little kiss onto my lips, before pulling away, stopping us from starting another makeout session.

"I love you."

I was a bit anxious about the fact that she was going away, but it was alright. It had to be. Everything would be good. Great even.

My father's car wasn't on the driveway next to my mothers vehicle. She was home, cooking in the kitchen when I stepped in. She didn't look up when I greeted her, her blonde hair falling around her face.

"How was your confession?"

"Good. It was good." "Yes! Fuck me." "Do it yourself." I hoped the blushing wasn't too obvious on my cheek at the memory. I reached for a glass, pouring myself some water, standing next to her, while she chopped the vegetables.
