"Noah," I yell and run toward him.
"Slow down there Nick," he says and puts away his phone. "What's up, you look eager to tell me something."
"I am actually," I say. "Go ahead."
"Well, Noah for a really long time I've wanted to say-," I say and get interrupted by Noah's phone.
He takes out his phone and jumps in excitement. Which was adorable if you were wondering by the way.
"Sorry Nick," he says. "Go on."
"No, no, go on. You do seem more eager than me afterall."
He begins to open his mouth, what could have happened? Did his mom finally get him that car he wants for his birthday? That phone he's wanted since forever? Or maybe a new dog-
"Alexia has just agreed to become my girlfriend!"
Oh.
I force out a laugh, "That's cool dude."
"Yeah, I've liked her for so long now! Anyways," he says. "What did you want to say to me Nick?"
I rub the back of my neck, that really hurt.
"Oh nothing..."
