"I have tolerated so much of you, Lindsay. So much." he sighed in frustration, clenching his fists into tight balls. Lindsay brought her hands, which were as cold as ice, to her chest and softly blinked, allowing her glistening eyes to reveal warm teardrops to trickle down her reddened cheeks and drip onto the stained floor.
Her figure shook with her concealed sobs as Namjoon started to rapidly pace the room in an attempt to calm himself down before he stopped right in front of her.
"Since the moment I took you in, you have been nothing but a curse on my life. You're a curse to everyone's life!" he roared, pulling at his messy golden bangs in frustration. "Why do you do it? Do you like making people embarrassed? Do you perhaps wish to take revenge on other people's lives for the sh*tty one you're living? Huh?" he asked her, his voice getting louder with each question and his chest slightly heaving with intense rage.
Lindsay stood silent with her teary gaze firmly fixated on the floor. She bit her lip as she struggled to hold down her sobs. Unable to form words, she managed to shake her head as she weakly tried to protest against the accusations.
"Then why?!" Namjoon demanded in a more furious tone. He marched straight forward to her and violently shook her by the shoulders, his strong fingers digging into her flesh through her sleeves. Sniveling and tightly shutting her eyes closed, she whispered, "Please stop..."
Surprised that he finally got her to respond, Namjoon ceased his violent assault on her and gingerly removed his hands from her shoulders.
"I don't-... mean to... cause any... harm..." Lindsay mumbled, sniffling every now and often, unable to face him. "I just don't know what's wrong with me..."
At her heavy confession, Namjoon only scoffed in disbelief as he started to pace the room in front of her again.
"'Wrong with you?'" he scornfully repeated before stopping in front of her and pointing a finger straight at her. "I'll tell you what's wrong with you....you're the most useless, problem induced girl I have ever met. I have never met a wreck like you before. You're worthless in this life other than making everyone's life a living hell!
"You can't do anything right! Not even walking in a straight line on a road without causing a car crash! I bet there is not a single person out there, in this whole world, who is proud to be associated with you! I know that for sure, for this week had been nothing but a nightmare having me to constantly keep up with your messes!"
Lindsay gasped in heart breaking disbelief as she looked up at Namjoon with a pained expression. How could he just unleash such cruel and monstrous words upon her without a care? She had no other option but to listen to all the harsh insults and accusations that were being flung at her by him. Her heart cracking and shattering into pieces with each passing gruesome second.
