The next morning, you called Miss.Francine about the schedule change, glad she seemed rather ok with the news. Now you head to work after getting Mr. Darling's coffee; Warm, not hot.

Today seemed much busier than the previous two. You thought everyone was in a rush before, but now people were straight up running and yelling from place to place.

You spotted Barneby walking fast with a young man who seemed to be his assistant near the dressing rooms, so you decided to figure out why everyone was in a hurry.

"Barneby! What's going on? Why is everyone running around?" You followed him, slightly having to run to keep up with his pace.

"Oh (Y/N)! Sorry, I'm a little in a rush. Today's set got ruined in the rain the day before, so everyone's stressed. I'd get to Wally if I were you." He said before rushing off. Checking the time, it was still 5:45, meaning you would be early. "Would he want me early today?" You questioned yourself.

Taking that as a warning, you quickly ran to Wally's dressing room, his door was wide open, and you could hear the faint sound of his yelling.

"Oh shit." You mumbled, quickly taking a peek in. Wally seemed to be yelling at one of the hair dressers, the other two stepped off to the side scared shitless.

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO GET IT IN MY EYE!" He screamed, clawing at his left eye desperately. Quickly, you ran up to him, pulling out a napkin you had grabbed at the Cafe the morning out of your purse and handing it to him.

He snatched the napkin and rubbed his eye aggressively. His shoulders seemed to relax a bit, and his breathing slowed.

"Get out." He mumbled to the floor while still wiping his eye.

The hairstylist ran out of the room, whispering to each other, but just as you were about to leave, he called out, "No, you stay, and close the door behind them."

Turning to face him, he now looked in the mirror at his red eye, slumping ever so slightly while cursing to himself. You stood there awkwardly, holding your bag, unsure if you should put your stuff down or not.

"I told them not to get any spray in my eyes, and they couldn't even follow that. Now my eyes are red." He said to himself, pulling his eyelid, only to cringe at the sight. Without speaking, you quickly scavenged your bag looking for any kind of eye drops you might have.

"Here." You said, holding out some eye drops for him to take. You took this moment to also place the coffee cup you held down. He looked over at you for the first time today, seeming to hesitate.

"Why should I trust you, huh? Maybe that's rat poison. And you're early." He complained while crossing his arms and legs, sticking his nose up in the air while judging you.

"Fine. If you don't want it you don't have to take it, suffer while you act, that's not my issue. And a "thank you, Ms.(L/N) for helping me!" Would be nice every once and a while." You say in a low-pitched voice while shoving the eye drops in your bag again.

"Wait."

You lifted your eyebrow, holding eye contact as he held his arm out. He looked in the mirror one last time before letting out a childlike whine of complaint. "Please." He asked, avoiding your stare.

You gave a shit eating grin before grabbing the bottle and handing it to him, "Now was that so hard" left your lips as you accepted this as a victory.

"I swear if this is poison, I'll kill you." He mumbled under his breath while putting the eye drops in his eye.
