After they seperated us, i was taken to a medium sized dressing room and an elf-maid dressed me in a maid outfit too... The things I've noticed in this short time here until now is that- every elf here is really beautiful wheather it's a men or women with long silky and light coloured hair, the palace too is beautiful and the maids we're nice to me even when I was a criminal. I wondered if it was because King is Zens father and is just messing with us...

After they dressed me in this uniform that they took me where Cyan and Zen we're. In the servants quarters. I've never wore such a frilly outfit in my entire lifetime. How do they even walk in it let alone do the chores?

When I arrived all the maids we're huddled at a spot and I could hear their excited chirping. I spotted Cyan.
He was wearing black pants, white shirt and black tie and vest. And also a black apron. He was looking perfect butler for royal households. Though le looked really pissed on his plan being flop.

"Hey!" I called him. "Where's Zen?"

He eyed at the crowd of maids squealing. That's when an old and strict looking maid came in and silenced everyone, probably the head maid. That's when I finally get to see Zen and he was- OH MY GOD!! They really did dressed him in maid outfit!! And I must say he pulled it of better than anyone here!! he looked SOOO ADORABLE! Though his face looked red as an apple...

Finally having some space he dragged across the room to us.
"Are you sure you're a boy?" Cyan smirked.

"SHUT UP! because of you IM suffering this Embarrassment!" He shouted.

This is the first time I've seen Zen so blushed. They both are best friends and really same.

"Zen, aren't you supposed to be prince? How can the king punish you like this?" I asked.

"This Ms here suits in this dress better than on a throne"

"Wouldn't you SHUT UP!?" Zen snapped.

"I order you all to be quite." The head maid said looking at us.

"Prince Zen, Sir Cyan and-

"Aria" I told.

"-lady Aria, you all are hereby on His majesty's notice to work here. So I'd want no problems. I'm giving you your schedules.

And after that. We were handed brooms, dusting cloths and buckets...

"So are we really gonna spend rest of our afterlives working here?" I asked.

"Like hell I will, and I'm fully aware father is just messing with us. He seems to love doing so-" Zen said grumpily.

"Don't worry I'll talk to the king today." Cyan said sitting down on a bench closing his eyes in a relaxed position. "You two can enjoy the day working until then. It's a new experience." Cyan smirked.

Zen looked at me and I nodded. There was a buckets full of water in front of us. I was grabbing it already.

"3-2-1" SPLASH!

"WHAT THE- " Cyan was soaked. And he looked so angry! Wow I'm satisfied! Is this what salvation feels like?

"You'll pay!" And we start running around like small kids. That's when we heard someone at the door. I hoped it was not that strict looking old elf. It worse. The king himself. Zen stopped. Cyan stopped too.

"Looks like you're liking this job better Zen?" He said.

He looked ashamed.

"Enough of this Elf! I don't have time to play with you!" Cyan said to the king!

The king laughed. "Well, well I'm also interested to know what made you bring a new human here Cyan. And if you're gonna talk to me like this, why even bothered to sneak?"

After one look at us he said. "In my office, at 8 P.M." and then he went away.

"What's your relationship with the king?" I asked Cyan.

"He used to be my companion, when he wasn't the king."

"Really?"

"This old hag here is over 400 years old. Remember?" Zen smiled.

"Oh" well, that explains it...
