Chapter 19

"Woahhh!" I squealed at the astonishing sights of the Fairy world.
Right now, we're in the dream park of Fairies Right, we're here to enjoy like kids. Because according to Cyan, All work and no play can make Zen a dull boy. I'm still laughing at his statement!

"If you're hyped by the sights of this, then let me tell you something interesting." Cyan grinned. "All the rides here are operated by the Magic!"

"Really!?" My eyes literally had stars in them at this point!
"I wanna try out each one of them!" I said excitedly.

"Sure! Though I doubt you'd be able to before midnight" He shrugged.

"Oh, they are here!" Zen said snapping are attention and waving at a blond male and a maroon colored hair female fairy. They both look so Gorgeous and Elegant! Though they look like a 23-year-old-human, but who knows their real age!

"Hey!" The blond greeted.

"Hello Zen, hello Cyan!" The female fairy greeted them with a charming smile.

"Hey Stella! It's been a while!" Zen said.

"Good morning you both!" Cyan greeted as well.

"Where is May?" Zen asked her. "She couldn't make it.." She replied sympathetically. "Oh" Zen said as his face seemed down a little. I wonder who she is...

After their mini greetings she looked at me. "She's the girl I told you about. Her name is Aria." Zen said to Stella.

He was talking about me...

Stella stepped closer and looked at me closely like she was inspecting me. It made me nervous...

"Umm Hello! I'm Aria." I said a bit shyly

"Oh! I'm sorry I was staring!" She realised. " I'm Stella, good to see you Aria!" She smiled and my heart seriously skipped a beat! Fairies are so beautiful! Then she pointed at her blond companion. "And He is Noe."
He nodded at me. "Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too!" I said.

"Well then! If introduction is done, then let's have some fun!" Cyan cheered.

We all started walking towards the rides. I slowly slipped close to Cyan and whispered-asked him. "What kinda people are they?"

"They are good. Noe is usually quite and Stella is like an older sister." He said.

"Can I ask, what are their ages..?" He looked at me."They are over 2000 I guess... Why? Did you develop a crush on Noe? He smirked.

"What!? I blushed red. "Where do you get these stupid ideas from!?" I shouted and he laughed.

"Just kidding!"

I pouted at him angrily, narrowing my eyes.

"Hey, wanna ride that!?" He asked changing the conversation. I looked at where he was pointing. A ROLLERCOASTER!  "Obviously, if you're not scared of heights.."

"I love heights!"

"We're going there!" Cyan pointed to the rest and took me hand and ran in the direction of the ride. My stomach churned. I don't know because of the ride or because he held my hand...

"Oh God!" I said when we were at the highest point of the coaster, and it's speed slow down just before we were about to go down in super sonic speed.
"You can hold my hand if you're sca-"
Before he can continue his sentence we went down and the excited screams filled the air.

"My heart is still pounding!" I said as we went out of the ride.
"Yeah" he said looking thrilled as well.

Then we met with the rest gang. But there was a new face among them.
They looked at us when we approached them. "Oh hey May!" Cyan greeted to the blue headed girl".
"Sup'!" She grinned.
"Hello to you too! I'm May." She held out her hand to me.
"I'm Aria. Nice to meet you." I shook her hand.

She seemed like the jolly type. And not so unapproachable as Stella. But she was beautiful. I looked at Zen who all of a sudden looked really happy. I blushed when I thought what it could mean...

"Let's have some food and chat!" Stella said. I'm really glad she said that because I was hungry and I couldn't really sat about it in front of so many new and elegant looking people...

We all sat and ate. I enjoyed joining with them in their light hearted conversations. They didn't exclude me or made me feel like i was distant. They talked to me as if they knew me for years. It felt so strangely overwhelming...
I knew I was never really close to my other friends except for my best friend. And when she got transferred. I realised they were friends with me because of her only. Because when she left, they ignored me so blatantly, That hurted a lot. It felt like I was invisible... That was ofcourse before I found my new friends who proved the death of me... I sighed at the thought.

"Let's go for another rides!" Zen said and everyone agreed.

I had so much fun Today! We ride so many rides. Tried delicious fairy food! Played games And what not!
It was already dark now! And i was also tired a little bit I enjoyed so much and I bet everyone else too judging by their laughing faces.

We all sat down on a bench. "That was a whole lotta fun!" May sighed.
"Yeah!" I smiled.
"But I think we should call it a day now" Stella said.

"But before that!" Cyan said. "I wanna ride the Ferris wheel!" And before anyone can respond he took my hand and ran for it."

"Wh-why are you taking me? I asked.

"You loved the heights. No?" He grinned.

We're now on the Ferris wheel. The view from here is so magnificent. It has rendered me speechless. But I don't know why I can't really focus on all the twinkling lights before me because of the twinkling in my stomach. We're on a calm ride but my heartbeat is running like roller coaster... And I can't meet the eyes of the person sitting in front of me.

"Are you scared?" He asked looking into my eyes.
"N-no" I said without looking at him.

My heart skipped a couple beats when he held my hand. "W-what? I'm not scared!" I said shocked.

"I am." He said. That's when I looked at him. He was looking at me with a distant expression... The same expression he had that night. It made me feel empty..

The whole ride went in silence...
I'm feeling so nervous, it made me feels dizzy. After the ride ended I couldn't walk straight. May lended me a shoulder and they all drop us at our inn before going to their own way.

I curled up in the bed. I don't know why but I suddenly broke out in tears... I cried for about an hour. What's wrong with me when I enjoyed so much today?
I'm feeling empty... Am I missing home? Or is home missing from me?
