Did The Angels Kick You Out?

Chapter 10

I woke up at 9. I looked around the house. Where was he? Was he still in there? I went to the library.

He was still up studying!?  Feeling my presence he looked up at me.

"Oh.. Good morning"

"You look terrible!" He had dark bags under his eyes. He looked like a real devil at this time. "Did you not sleep at all?" I asked.

"..uhh but I found a way for revival of the dead. Let's go-"

"No no no! Get some sleep first. You look awful! I'd be really scared to watch this face!"

He gave me an annoyed look.

"Fine! I'mma going to sleep, make sure to have lunch ready for me when I wake up! Also you forgot to add salt in your sandwiches! Watch some YouTube videos if you suck this much at cooking!'
he rambled on as he walked away to his room.

What the hell is wrong with him? He's nice when I act terrible but he is acting terrible when I'm actually being nice!? I wonder if this some kinda personality disorder...

Anyway the next day we were both ready in our best form to go for the quest of revival!

"So listen! This is not gonna be easy! We'll be travelling different domains and dimensions of life and afterlife! Like there was vampire they are many other nasty creatures out there! So you better follow my order! Got that!?
He finished his speech sitting on the table while I sat on floor...

"What's the point..? I mean I'm dead anyway..?"

"We'll that's the point you can't die anymore but can suffer insufferable pain. So make sure not to get abducted by any apparitions again..

They know very well how to use a newbie like you" He said with a creepy accent wiggling his fingers...

"Oh-ohk.."

"So! First of all we're going to elves' afterlife domain!" He cheered and got up.

He said that I must held his hand to cross the barriers since it's easier this way and he don't trust me to land at the place safely by myself.

So we did. I closed my eyes. As he said something. I felt dizzy.
After a while I opened me eyes.
And It was beautiful! Even more beautiful than that heaven where I met God!

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Yup!"
He smiled. "Let's go, we have to sneak into the Elvestan Castle. So we need a little preparation!"

The whole place I must say was a real fantasy land. Air was cool. Sun was shining. There was greenery everywhere and bushes of colourful flowers on both side of the pebbles lane we were walking on. Small cottage like house scattered over the land. I'd love to live in a place such as this.

We stopped at one of the cottage houses, that was adorable. Even the sound of the door bell was soothing..

"You seem to really like this place..?" Cyan smiled at me.

"That..I can't deny.." I blushed.

I never expected to see this kind of place. It was better than my imagination.

A person opened the door. It was angel Zen!  He was surprised to see us.

"Oh hey! What are you two doing here? That's unexpected!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah.. y'know a couple of things happened... And I need your help." Cyan said.

"Well sure! I'll help in anyway I can! Come on in!" He smiled at me.

His house was small but so lovely!
We were seated at the centre table by the side of a window. Zen quickly served us some fruit juice and strawberry cakes!
He sat with us.

"So what's up? Are you finally in a relationship?" He grinned at Cyan eyeing at me. We both went red..

"Shut up!" Cyan said.

Zen laughed. "I'm sorry!" That's when I noticed his ears underneath his long silky smooth golden hair. He was an elf!
An angel elf! How beautiful!

"So what is it then?"

"You see. Because of my mistake... Aria here died.." He started.

"What! You killed another person!? What the devil you did this time?" Zen asked shocked.

"It was not my mistake! A truck crashed in my car!" He said quickly.

"So I just wanted to revive her again with the help of Zoe water. So I need to sneek into the castle and take the Evei stone dust of all the races.."

Zen looked dissatisfied. "Do you have any idea how difficult is that? And you're practically stealing in the process."

"It's fine! They wouldn't even notice that..."

"Yeah.. since it's no use of making that Zoe water with such a long process if Satan disapproved your request.."

"We'll never know that until we try!" Cyan protested.

"Like he'd just agree to revive someone as easy as this!" Zen said frustrated.

"Like I said! You'll never know until you try!" Cyan shot back.

They were arguing...

"Why do you wanna save her in the first place? She should have been already dead if it wasn't for your bet! This is not your place to revive her anyway!"

Zen got silence when he realised what he just said looking down. But he didn't apologize since what he said was right.

Cyan didn't said anything.

And I felt guilty. Very guilty... How can I blame him for something that wasn't his fault? It was so heartless of me. I not only made Cyan guilty about killing moreover even forced him to revive me technically.. that was so low of me...

"I'm sorry.." I said.

Cyan looked frustrated. Zen just looked down. This is awkward..

"I'm really sorry Cyan... Zen is right.. I shouldn't have blamed you and expected to be revived again.." I felt tears in my eyes. "I should have accepted the reality.. I'm -im really s-sorry.."

"No!" Cyan yelled! He got up and left leaving me and Zen alone.
I just tried to stop crying in front of Zen, both with guilt and of the reality of situation...

"Umm.. I'm sorry about that... I could have worded it better..." Zen said in a low voice.

"Umhn.." I shook my head and smiled at him. I bet that was the saddest kinda smile he ever saw by his expression..

"Do you wanna take a walk around here?" He asked.
