Time passed after Christa gave birth to Brady Rockefeller and he's now an adorable 8-year-old with green eyes inherited from his mom, unique caramel brown hair, and pale skin inherited from his dad. He also has a half-brother named Brennon, who's 3 years younger than him. They both share the same mom, but different dads since Hugo is Brennon's real dad, while Brady's real dad Stefan Collins is in jail still with his friends.

Young Brady was going to school that day and it was Hugo's responsibility to drive him there. But before they left, they had a little conversation about it in the dining room with Christa sitting beside Hugo and Brennon sitting in a toddler's chair.

Hugo: You ready for your first day at school, Brady?

Brady: He looked a bit nervous. Not really, dad...I'm worried some kids won't like me.

Christa: Don't worry about that, honey. You only need to focus on school...

Brady: Yeah, you're right, mom.

When Hugo arrived at Brady's primary school, he parked his black car in a space where there weren't so many cars. He was ready to bid his adoptive son farewell.

Hector: Alright we are here, Brady. This is where I will drop you off.

Brady: Bye, dad.

He got out of the car and he walked towards the playground near the school campus. So many kids were there playing around. Some were on the swings and some were chasing others around.

Brady saw a group of boys playing tag games and he decided to join them. But when he asked if he could play with them, one of the boys bluntly rejected him. He had black hair and wore a skeleton logo on his shirt and ripped torn jeans. His name was Dylan Pitts.

Brady: Hey, is it alright if I can play with you guys?

Dylan: With a mean expression. No, you can't! Go find someone else to play with, loser!

He ignored Brady and went back to play with his friends.

Brady: He walked away from Dylan and his friends and thought to himself. Why is he so mean to me?

While he was tearing up for a bit in a quiet corner of the playground, a girl with black hair tied in pigtails approached him. Her name was Renee Norman.

Renee: Hey...why are you crying?

Brady: He wiped away his tears and then said. Some kids wouldn't let me play with them...they were so mean.

Renee: We can play together if you want. I'm Renee.

Brady: Really? I'm Brady.

Renee: Do you want to play tag with me? It'll be your job to find me, Brady.

Brady: Okay, but don't hide too far.

Renee randomly ran off while Brady covered his eyes with his hands, promising to not peek and he counted to 50 before he opened her eyes and went off to find Renee. In the distance, Dylan and his friends Enzo and Carson were watching them play together.

Enzo: Why is Renee playing with that loser boy?

Dylan: Eww...I don't know. I guess she's a loser like him now hahaha.

Carson: It was so annoying when he interrupted our playing time.

Enzo: Shouted really loudly and repeated really loudly. No one likes losers!

After recess was over, all the kids had to go to their designated class. Unfortunately, Brady and Renee don't share the same class together.

Renee: I would like for us to play more, but I have to go.

Brady: Me too...I gotta go to my class as well. See you later, Renee.

During class, the teacher decided to do some few simple lessons and then when the time came to read with a partner, the teacher told everyone to share a book to read together while sitting on their desks. Brady was made to partner up with a red haired boy with freckles and glasses named Carson Stokes. He also seemed quite unfriendly and looked grouchy like always.

Brady: The teacher said we should pair up. I'm Brady...what's your name?

Carson: In a grumpy voice. It's Carson....And whatever, let's just pair up and don't bother me ok?

Carson: On the inside. Why do I have to pair up with him? No one likes him.

Brady: On the inside. People here are mean...and I don't know why.

When reading time was over, it was time to go to their first afternoon activity class first which was art. The art teacher told everyone to draw out of their imagination.

Art teacher: Today's activity will be simple...You can draw something I've never seen before.

Brady: He drew a very pretty picture with a sun and a deer in a forest.

A boy with black hair, dark brown eyes, and a friendly expression took notice of what he was drawing. His name was Keeran Robinson and he was actually the son of Derek and Belinda Robinson.

Keeran: Wow, how did you do that? You draw like an artist.

Brady: Oh thanks... He continued to draw.

A mean boy with curly blonde hair and blue eyes heard what Keeran said and he seemed a bit jealous.

Mean Boy: In a low tone. Hmph...it's nothing special. I can do the same.

Keeran: He ignored the mean boy and told Brady, Hey wanna show me how I can draw like that?

Brady: Umm sure I can. Here, you can watch me...

Keeran: Oh wow... awesome. My name is Keeran and I like your drawing.

Brady: I'm Brady and I'm glad you do.

Keeran: He smiled and said, Do you want us to be friends, Brady?

Brady: Really? We can definitely be friends.

When art class was over and it was time for PE and all the kids were ready for the break dance in the school gym. A song was played and the kids danced simultaneously together and did whatever the song instructed them to do. Brady was dancing right next to Keeran and some other kids from other classes. When the break dance was over, Renee saw Brady again and decided to play a small game with him.

Renee: Hey Brady I'm so glad to see you again.

Brady: Me too, you want us to play again?

Renee: Sure!

They casually bounced and threw the ball at each other to catch it.

Renee: This is more fun since art class was boring.

Renee: No one said good things about my drawings.

From a distance when Brady and Renee were both playing, Keeran wondered why Brady was playing with Renee only and no other boys while talking to his other friend Isaiah Renolds.

Keeran: Why is Brady playing with a girl and no other boys?

Isaiah: I don't know Keeran. It's weird since so many boys don't play with girls.

Isaiah: The boy who sat next to him in art class was mean, don't you think?

Keeran: Yeah, It wasn't nice what he said about Brady. He was very mean about his drawings.

Isaiah: Maybe Brady plays with a girl because no boy would want to play with him.

Then Keeran and Isaiah approached Brady and Renee and asked them if they wanted to play with them.

Keeran: Hey Brady and Renee... do you want to play with us?

Keeran: And this is my friend Isaiah.

Isaiah: Nice to meet you, Brady.

Brady: Nice to meet you too, Isaiah. Sure thing!

Renee: I would like to play with you guys too. I don't mind playing with boys only.
