Chapter 5: Missing School

Brady still hadn't woken up from his terrible nightmare and he's still trapped inside the dark house that his kidnappers lived in. Stefan grew closer to forcefully hug and kiss him on the forehead.

Stefan: In a scary voice. You will forget your so-called parents.

Stefan: I am your dad because that's the truth.

Brady: He tried to back away from them. Stay away from me!

Brady: If you are my dad, then why did you take me away like this?

Stefan: Because I tried to protect you from those bad people who don't know how to take care of you.

Kade: Yeah, your dad was looking for you for years.

Roger: Now that he found you, you won't get away.

Brady: Please don't touch me! My parents treat me well, and they love me.

Stefan: They don't love you enough. They love your little brother more because your mom knows.

Brady: I don't believe you...please stop.

Stefan: Relax, everything is going to be alright. Got closer and hugged him again.

Stefan: I know your parents and they know me too. But that doesn't matter.

Stefan: They are bad people who don't show you enough love.

Roger: Stop resisting and accept your real dad's love.

Brady: I don't know what you mean. They haven't done anything.

Stefan: They kept you away from me and I won't let you go anymore.

Kade: They don't love you, they hate you.

Brady: He finally let himself lose and ran away to the exit door that was locked. He screamed for his parents.

Brady: MOM!!!! DAD!!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

As Brady continued running away, Stefan creeped up behind him and then grabbed him and held him tightly in his arms.

Stefan: Brady, there's no escape. I did this because I love you.

Stefan: I promise to love you better than those liars.

Brady: You're not my real family! I have a real family!

Stefan, Kade, and Rogers' faces were melting like wax and their eyes were popping out of their socket. Brady screamed until he finally woke up from his dream.

Brady: He woke up and was back on his bed. NO! GET AWAY!

Brady: I don't know you! You're not my family!

A maid walked into a room to see that Brady was still shouting and crying because he thought he was still dreaming.

Maid: Omg Brady what happened?!! She ran to call Hugo and Christa to come inside Brady's room.

Hugo: Brady, what happened? Are you alright?

Christa sat down on his bed and hugged him tightly.

Brady: He hugged his mom back, but he was still shaking and scared. Oh mom and dad...I finally returned to you both.

Brady: I'll tell you about the dream I had...

He spoke about the 3 guys that creeped him out, especially the first man who was wearing aristocratic clothes, had black hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and was very tall. He mentioned that creepy man claiming himself to be Brady's real dad and had been searching for him all his life. Brady also continued to talk about getting kidnapped eventually to a dark cold house where he screamed for his parents but they weren't there.

Christa: Oh god...how did my little angel have such a horrible dream?

Hugo: You can sleep with us in our room.

Brady: Yes please sleep with me so I won't be scared any more.

Brady: I just don't know who that man is and he says he's my real dad and you both don't love me.

Hugo: That man is lying...We both love you so much, Brady.

Christa: We will be with you so you'll have a nice sleep.

Brady ended up falling asleep in their bedroom and afterwards they both headed outside of their room to talk about what Brady had possibly dreamt about.

Christa: Hugo, I have a very bad feeling about Brady's dream. Do you think it could be him?

Hugo: That's how I feel too. How the hell did he invade our son's dream?

Hugo: Brady is so innocent, and we know how much of an asshole that guy is.

Christa: Brady has already been through a lot, and this is very unfair.

Hugo: Imagine if we didn't change his last name.

Christa: Honestly, we had to do this. I still can't tell him the truth because he wouldn't understand.

Christa: He's only a child.

Hugo: Got closer and hugged her affectionately. Don't worry I am by your side and when the time comes, we can explain the whole situation to him.

After this loving moment, morning arrived for the next day, but Brady didn't feel like going to school. He wasn't feeling good after the nightmare he had.

Brady: Dad, I don't feel like going to school today...

Hugo: It's alright. You can stay home today and relax more.

Christa: Don't stress yourself. There's nothing wrong with not going to school for one day.

Brady: I'll go back to school tomorrow. Because I can't miss anything more important.

At school. Renee was looking for Brady at school only to realize he wasn't there.

Renee: She thought to herself. Where could Brady be? He's usually here...

Then both Keeran and Isaiah came by to where Renee was.

Renee: Hey guys where is Brady? I haven't seen him at all.

Keeran: I don't know where he is either. I think we should go to class.

Isaiah: Maybe he will come later.
