A/N So sorry this took me a little longer to put out. I had the horrible task of creating a new menu in two days because of some changes at the restaurant. But this is a bit of a longer chapter and I hope you enjoy ! X

Harry let out a deep breath as he brought up his fist to knock on the door. And as he waited for it to open he couldn't help but shift his weight on his feet nervously. He was anxious but more excited than anything to have a date, and one with Louis.

The door opened, Harry's smile immediate as soon as he saw him, but quickly furrowed his eyebrows noticing him in boxers and a white t-shirt.

"You're not dressed," he said quietly, his heart dropping into his stomach, "I-I mean do you not want to go-"

"No, no, of course I do," Louis rushed out, seeing the clear terror on the other man's face, "I just-... I put my suit on, and it didn't look good."

Harry was relieved he wanted to go, but there was no missing Louis' frustration, "put it on babe. I'm sure you look great."

Louis bit his lip, fending off a smile and knowing his face was heating up hearing him call him "babe."

He waved Harry inside, but he was surprised as soon as the green eyed man stepped in he reached for him, and gently connected their lips. It relaxed Louis, and reminded him no matter how he looks in his suit Harry is happy to just be with him.

"Your guys' place is nice," Harry said as he looked around and followed Louis down the hall to his bedroom.

"Liam and Ni treat me too well. They only make me pay $350 in rent," Louis laughed quietly, that being unheard of to live in Boston for so cheap.

"You know how much they love you," Harry's grin grew, it becoming obvious to him with Liam and Niall constantly checking in on Louis, "oh shit, look at your room," he said surprised, seeing two guitars on the wall, and a keyboard, electric drum pad, and small soundboard on his desk.

"Music nerd, obviously," the blue eyed man said a bit sheepishly before reaching for his suit on the bed.

Harry hummed, his eyes roaming around the room but caught himself seeing pictures of Louis with some woman on his nightstand. He knew that had to be the older man's mom, and the longer he looked he noticed Louis smiling widely in every one. But his mom had the slightest smile, it almost seeming like it was taking energy to even look at the camera.

Harry's eyes went to Louis as he heard him huff and saw him secure his belt on his dress pants, "amazing already."

Louis glanced up at him, his cheeks heating up as he saw how softly the other man was smiling at him. He actually gave him a little confidence to put his dress shirt on, and even while tucking it Harry's gaze stayed on him.

The blue eyed man couldn't help but be nervous as he saw exactly what made him second guess wearing his suit. His stomach hung way too obviously out, and he found it embarrassing. But like always Harry looked at him in a way that gave him assurance that he may be attractive despite what he sees.

"Need help with the tie?" Harry laughed a little as he saw Louis fumbling with it.

"It's been 3 years since I've worn a suit," Louis grumbled, but still stuck his neck out for Harry to tie it.

His hands paused for only a second, thinking Louis hasn't worn one since his mom's funeral. Harry didn't want to bring it up though, if the older man wanted to talk about her he would. Like Harry hoped Louis would give him time to come out, he wanted to give him space to mention her when he was ready.

"I have no clue why you were nervous," Harry chuckled once Louis pulled his suit jacket on, "absolutely stunning," he reached for his waist before pulling him close enough to connect their lips.
