Chapter 6: Danny v Minotaur

Inside the coliseum sitting on his chair was the great Ganesha of the Ganesha familia. Ganesha is a muscular man that wears a red and yellow elephant mask over his face. He wears an orange sash that goes over his right shoulder and wraps around his waist. A gold rimmed leather plate sits on his stomach, holding the garb together. He also sports white pants with dark brown under the knee boots - also with gold accents. Ganesha has Gold jewelry to further cement the image of "show boat". His jewelry can be seen as a thick gold necklace and arm bands. He also wears gold rimmed gauntlets. The God of the Masses has long, shaggy, ash-brown hair. He was casually enjoying the show he planned out for the day when two fodder walked up to him and told him the situation outside.

"Hm? Some Monsters escaped?!" Ganesha spoke with surprise. "What happened to the guards?"

"We don't know sir" the taller fodder said timidly. "They looked like they had their souls sucked out somehow"

"We think that this is the work of someone from outside but-" the other fodder was cut off by Ganesha.

"We'll worry about that later!" He exclaimed. "How many escaped?"

"Nine and our strike force immediately took action after them"

Ganesha quickly stood and and turned to look at the two. "We can't deal with them just by ourselves, go and request help from other gods in the vicinity"

"But sir it was us the Ganesha familia that let them loose so we should be the ones to deal with it!

"If we rely on other familia then it'll humilia-"

"I am Ganesha, lord of the masses! Our greatest happiness is seeing our children smiling!" Ganesha exclaimed. "Forget your desire for position and honor, our greatest priority is the safety of the people"

"We are terribly sorry!" Both exclaimed.

"We'll let the festival go on to avoid confusion, don't let this problem get any bigger!" Ganesha shouted.

"Yes sir!" The left.

As they did Ganesha was left to ponder. 'what could they be after? A diversion? Confusion? Or perhaps....."

*Elsewhere

"hey did you hear?" A man in a crowd whispered near Riveria and Bete. "A minotaur escaped the captivity of the Ganesha familia"

"What no way, isn't that bad?" Another man spoke with clear worry in his eyes.

"And get this! It ran after that hybrid boy from the rumors"

"Oh poor guy, and he had a promising future"

"Hahahaha did you hear that hag! Your new friend is about to become a minotaur punching bag! Ahahahahha!" Bete burst out laughing but Riveria could only look to the distance with worry in her eyes.

*Elsewhere

"Hey there's a minotaur and a silver back running rampant in town and I heard the minotaur is fighting some level 1? Can you believe the misfortune?!"

"I also heard it suddenly transformed too, poor bastard picked the wrong day to be at the coliseum"

Various whispers and muttering could be heard throughout the hostess of fertility only putting worry to some more especially Ryu and Anya who remembered that they sent a particular duo of level 1's to that place

"Danny-san, Cranel-san. Please be safe" Ryu muttered.

*Elsewhere

"Arrgghhhh!" Danny screamed as he was set hurdling for a building wall. He lost count of how many times he'd been sent through them at this point. He stood up on one knee with the support of his sixth sword, the previous ones destroyed merely seconds after being bought. He's fit was a mess, dirtied, scratched and tattered. What the hell was Arthur thinking? This minotaur could take on a level 4 or 5 if it wanted to! It was leagues above Danny. Their fight could barely be considered one, the minotaur was simply rag dolling Danny throughout town destroying infrastructure and the occasional adventurer that'd try to help along the way.
