Chapter 9: To Buy or not To Buy? pt. 2

On our last chapter, Danny and crew were on the fourth floor looking at the various expensive weapons and armor on display. It was all fine and we'll until one of the shop doors opened up revealing the goddess wearing a deep red apron-style uniform which emphasized her boobies. They jiggled with her every movement.

"Kami-sama? What are you doing here?!" Bell exclaimed worriedly. No wander she seemed even more tired than normal lately. She'd been working two jobs!

Hestia's smile frooze and Danny simply stared at the two, intrigued at what would happen next.

"Kami-sama! Didn't I say you can rest easy now? that Danny and I were going deeper in the dungeon?" Bell exclaimed, worried about his goddess.

"..... Listen here Bell-kun, you're going to forget that you saw me and quickly leave this place right now...!" She ordered. "It's far too soon for you to be here! Danny-kun! What part of being Bell-kun's guardian do you not understand?"

"I don't remember agreeing to that" Danny replied immediately. "Similarly to Bell I am intrigued by your sudden decision to work another part time job"

"You too?!" Hestia exclaimed.

"Don't misunderstand, I'm not worried for you. Infact I think this is good that you got off your lazy butt even if you're a god" Danny explained.

"Don't speak ill of my leisure time Mr 'my dying pr-" Hestia was cut off by Danny holding her mouth.

"Hey hey! No need to go there alright?!" Danny said in panic.

"OI NEW COMER! SLACKING OFF ON THE JOB?!!" A voice shouted with intensity.

"Hii?! Sorry! I'll be right there!" Hestia shouted back.

She left in a hurry and the trio could only stare at her until she disappeared into the shop. Danny sighed and then turned to the Eina and Bell who were wondering what Hestia wanted to say.

"My dying what?" Eina questioned.

"It's nothing. Anyway Bell let's let this one go" Danny asked.

"What? But Danny! She's a goddess! She can't be seen like this!" Bell argued.

"I know, I know but trust me on this, I'm pretty sure this is one of the things we won't be able to convince her out of" Danny said with a stern expression.

Bell could only look at him with worry but after a few moments, sighed.

"Fine...... We'll ask her about it later then" Bell muttered.

"Well...... she's an interesting goddess of I have ever seen one" Eina muttered with a forced smile.

She didn't know how to respond after such a situation but to be honest who could ever? Bell only looked down dejected and Danny simply stared back at the shop contemplating something in his head.

"Sorry you had to see that" Bell apologized to Eina.

"It's alright. Shall we go upstairs?" Eina asked, pointing at the exit to the floor.

"Yes......" Bell answered in a low tone as he followed Eina.

'So I guess this is the price to pay for the Hestia knife huh?' Danny thought before following the duo to their next destination.

After going to a higher floor using a "magical lift" as they call it, the trio entered one of the shops and what Bell and Danny saw astonished them beyond belief. The prices were so low! All the combat ready spears, the blades! They all had affordable prices of at least 12000 valis!
