Damn this is some good shit, Billy thought as the morphine hit. He could still hear Stu whining about having to work. The killer couldn't decide if his doctors threat to harm Stu was a bluff or not. She certainly seemed capable of inflicting harm on others. As far as doctors go this one could be scary. He looked around the room bored out of his mind. He really wanted to kill, the itch to do so was nearly unbearable. Hell, he didn't even really know the fate of his last victim.

Meanwhile, Stu was in the kitchen. (Y/n) had asked him to do the dishes while she finished some important paperwork left over from work. He, of course, whined the entire time, slightly regretting coming over. Once he had finished he went over to the woman. "Do I at least get morphine too?" Stu asked. Without hesitation she replied "Sure, but first you would need to be injured. I'm sure Billy would be happy to help."

"Oh no I'm not letting him stab me again." Stu said as the memory flashed in his mind making him shiver. (Y/n) looked over quizzically but decided not to push the topic. She had picked up that Billy had more blood lust and didn't care about Stu as much as Stu cared about Billy. The man laying in the doctors guest room was very clearly the mastermind behind Ghostface. Having the killers appearing as one to create a more supernatural feel was nothing short of genius for such young minds. She would never say that to him though, his ego and confidence was already huge. (Y/n) had almost finished the paper work when her phone rang. Seeing it was work she picked it up. "What do you want." She said "Okay first of all, rude. Now I don't feel about telling you that even though you have tomorrow off because Allison is taking vacation I guess." Chase's voice rang out over the phone.

"Did she finally fuck up enough for House to go off on her?" She asked. To be honest honest (Y/n) had never really liked the female coworker, she was smart sure but she was a bitch. Not to mention she had fucked over (Y/n)'s friend Robert Chase every other week. "She's not that bad" Chase said. "Don't you dare text her. You do that and you will never know the truth of the wounded puppy." She replied, his eye roll was almost audible. "Fine. Just be here tomorrow." and with that he hung up.

Billy was chuckling at nothing in the guest room, the morphine making him very loopy. Stu was in the living room watching horror movies for inspiration for future killings. The doctor sighed as she wanted to have a moment of peace and quiet. She made a cup of tea and sat outside in the backyard with her book before she had to go in to check on the injured man again.
