(Del's POV)

Del: What... Am I even looking at?

I was staring at the Pictures of a few, black humanoid Figures, That a few soldiers took.

Soldier: We don't know, Commander Del. We've Received reports coming from 3 out of the 5 Factions about those things. We were told by the leaders of PN, RA and GC that they closed off the Alleyways from the public. Apparently those things don't go out in public, but there were some severe wounded and some casualties on the Agents Side. The agents fought back but their weapons proved ineffective.

Del: what of Bl and YD's leader?

Soldier: we haven't been able to come in to contact with Light, but Susan told us that they were provided with straps that makes their weapons effective, and she says that BlueLight is also sharing them with the others and us. They're mass producing them as we speak.
We've also found this from the CCTV Network from a Month ago in Neonfur. Three weeks before the provider gave the straps to BlueLight.

The soldier then pulled up a recording of the alleyways in Neonfur, Showing a hooded figure with a light blue, glowing Stick that shot multiple pellets at once, Saving a grey wolf BL agent from a big brute black humanoid with no facial features. The hero jumped in the air and bonked it over the head, and the thing disappeared in smoke

Del: Impressive. do we know the identity of this hooded guy, or the provider?

Soldier: No, We do not.

A mysterious provider who gave mysterious straps that makes weapons effective against these things, and a hooded vigilante... These can't be coincidences. And these two might know more about those black things and what's going on.

Del: I see. I want you and the others to find the Identity of our mysterious allies, in secret. And bring them in. If they try to run, just tell them that we just want to know. We can't afford for the public to hear about this. Find out who the agent is in the video, they may know something.

Soldier: Sir

The Soldier then left the office, and I continue to look at the hooded figure in action. I then noticed that the weapon they wield is see-through.

Del: is that... A hologram?

I mumbled to myself.

But wait... Holograms shouldn't be a solid, they're light projections. They can't harm or kill anything. Is it from a invention? A bot? The identity of the hooded figure is making me more curious.

Del: Who... Are You?
