There were way to many problems going on in the gang world right now. Whispers of a fated battle between Toman's "Invincible Mikey", Kawaragi Senju and Terano South. The 'Battle of the Three Deities'.

The problem is, Mikey doesn't wanna fight right now so why should he have to, I thought angrily. Much less Mikey and more me, honestly. Toman has had a lot of inner turmoil so most of the problems have been sent to Kazutora and Sanzu yet there was still buisness to be done. One of the bars nearby the penthouse has had a few issues of Rokuhara Tandai trying to interfere and take it over. The bar was a hot spot for anyone to get wasted, flirt a little and have a stand. Plus a lot of business with me was done there, finding new alliances and funds.

Which led me to be at said place trying not to be bored. Chifuyu was beside me as we stood at the bar, waiting for the owner to come out.

Irritation pricked at me when 3 minutes had already passed. "They knew we were coming," I muttered, rubbing my wrists.

"Just be patient," Chifuyu replied, playing a game on his phone, not even looking up. I sighed and almost started to move to look for the guy myself when he came out, a bright smile was plastered on his face. No one smiles that brightly and genuinely means it. Then I thought about Baji's cheeky grin, Mikey's nonchalant lazy smile, Chifuyu's blinding smile, Kazutora's maniac grin and Mitsuya's gentle and serene smile. Maybe not everyone then.

"Forgive me for the wait Mr. Hanagaki, Mr. Matsuno, there were a few problems before you arrived." The man gestured to a hallway leading to the back, to his office. It was a nice sized room, with a desk, chairs and no personal belongings really.

"So...Osanai, the bars you run throughout the rest of the city, we haven't received payments this month from them," Chifuyu said casually, pocketing his phone as he sat down.

Osanai flinched slightly and coughed lightly. "That's the thing, Mr. Matsuno, we prepared the payments but they were stolen," Chifuyu narrowed his eyes at that, interest gathered. "Well who was it," he snapped, impatient.

Ironic.

"I-it was Rokuhara Tandai...there was a man, Madarame Shion, the reports say he held the man who had the money at gun point, then asked one of my managers where...the both of you were."

I paused, standing behind Chifuyu's chair and released a shaky exhale. In front of me, Chifuyu stiffened visibly. "What did they tell him?"

Osanai swallowed nervously, "They told him you mainly operate in this city under Toman."

"Shit," I muttered quietly. My hands strayed to my wrists and I scratched mindlessly.

It's fine, he probably already knew we were in Toman, no new major information was released, it's perfectly fine...we can handle it-

"Takemitchy, lets go." Chifuyu's voice was ice cold. It didn't help the fear that swirled in my belly. The panic, the closing doors of doom-

Doors. Not the doors....

"Let me go, I don't want to go in there! Please I'll get stronger, I'll do better next time! Please..."  The worker ignored me, even when I started kicking and struggling. "PLEASE SIR, MAKE HIM STOP," I yelled as I was continuously dragged down the hall. The dark hallway with dim lighting. And the rooms... the cold, dark rooms with no windows, they just simply lined the halls, and I could only imagine how many children were in there, scared. Sir looked onward as he leaned on the wall, arms crossed casually. "It's your own fault for not being strong enough, cub."
