your day flew by and around now you were sat back on your seat waiting for gail to arrive and seconds later he did

he smiled stood by the open door

you-hey take a seat
you smiled sliding up in your chair

you took a sip of your water waking yourself up and he sat down wearing a suit

black, grey and white like any normal suit but it looked great on him

gail-sorry about the suit the court meeting ended at 9 and i had to drive an hour home just to drop all the bags and crap off i basically sped here

you-oh no dont be sorry you look great
you smiled

you-my first question is cigarettes

gail smiled gladly pulling the boxes out sliding them into your hands

you opened the box still seeing everyone single one mark and smiled

you smiled watching him stand up and you slid your hands over him checking for other boxes hearing him laugh

gail-y/n i kept my promise
he whispered titling your head up to him

gail-i swear i haven't smoked a cigarette in 2 days
he confirmed and you smiled standing up to him

you-well then i guess you deserve this

you leant in gently kissing his minty lips feeling his hands slide around your waist.

he took a deep breathe of relief melting into your mouth as you both pulled back he smiled

your eyes opened gazing at his and seconds later his lips were back on yours and you hit your desk grabbing his neck

you whispered through the kiss and he tugged back

gail-i had 2 boxes so i deserve 2 kisses
he whispered and you shook your head

you-i wanna get to know about your issues, tell me about yourself
you smiled taking a seat and he explained his childhood which was pretty rough along with his marriage

you-and smoking has got you through all that?

gail-yeah they relieve me, just a couple of dollars to be free i guess?

you glanced down at the boxes
you-and why didn't you smoke any of those this past week?

gail-because you promised me a kiss

you chuckled
you-gail you met me a few days ago how can you make that big of a commitment
