The Orphans- Ziam

Prologue

Zayn and Liam are adopting for the first time today. They don't care what the gender of the child is or the age. They've had practice with Liam's sister's kids. Zayn and Liam always wanted to have kids. They'be been married for 3 years and think it is a good time to adopt.

After they eat breakfast, they get into the car and drive towards the orphanage. The orphanage isn't that far from where they live. Liam parks the car and gets out, grabbing Zayn's hand. They walk inside of the orphanage. "How may I help you?" The lady behind the desk asked. "I'm Liam and this is my husband, Zayn. We're the Maynes. We have an appointment to meet the children." Liam replied.

"Ah, yes. Right this way. By the way, my name is Janet." She said, getting up from behind the desk and walking into the playroom. Liam and Zayn followed her. "You can go ahead and talk with the kids. Let me know when you've found the child you want." Janet told them. Liam looked around the room until his eyes fell on two boys playing with each other. Zayn noticed a boy with brown hair, playing all by himself. (I decided that Niall will have brown hair not blonde).

Liam made his way over to the two little boys. "Hi, I'm Liam. What are your names?" Liam asked. "I'm Harry and that's Louis." Harry replied, pointing at himself then at Louis. "Well, Harry and Louis, would you like to come live with me and my husband?" Liam asked Harry and Louis. "Really?" Harry asked. "Yup." Liam replied.

"Okay." Harry said, standing up. He grabbed Liam's hand and said, "C'mon, Lou." Louis stood up and walked over to Liam and Harry. "Up. Up." He said, holding his arms out. Liam let go of Harry's hand and bent down to pick up Louis. Liam grabbed Harry's hand and the three of them walked towards Zayn.

"Zayn, I found two little boys. Their names are Harry and Louis." Liam said. "Well, I found this boy and his name is Niall." Zayn told Liam. Liam put Louis down and grabbed Zayn's arm to talk to him in private. "Do you think we can handle 3 kids?" Liam whispered. "Yes." Zayn replied. "Okay, I guess we're adopting Niall, Harry, and Louis." Liam smiled.

Zayn pecked Liam's lips and said,"We can do this, babe." They walked back over to Niall, Louis, and Harry. "C'mon guys. We're going home." Zayn said. "Yay!" Louis and Harry cheered. The five of them walked out of the playroom and towards Janet.

"We would like to adopt these three boys." Liam said to Janet. "Great, let me just grab the paperwork." She said. Once Liam and Zayn finished signing the paperwork, Janet told them,"Niall was abused by his father and was bought here a year ago. His mom left him and his father when he was three. He has nightmares and it might take him a while to trust you. Harry and Louis were left on the doorstep when they were a few months old. We found out that Harry's parents and older sister were killed in a car accident. Louis' mother was young and couldn't care for him. They are very close to each other." Zayn and Liam walked out of the orphanage and the car.

Liam buckled in Harry and Louis while Niall buckled himself in and Zayn got in on the drivers side. Liam made a mental note that they would go shopping tomorrow. "Are yous our new daddies?" Louis asked. "Yup." Zayn replied, popping the 'p'. "How old are you, boys?" Liam asked Niall, Harry, and Louis. "Eight." Niall said. "I'm four." Harry said, holding up four fingers. "I'm two." Louis replied, copying Harry but holding up two fingers.
