Delilah pov

"Oh fuck," I whisper to myself as I hear the applause and whistles coming from the hockey team

This rink has two doors, one where the whole team was and another one where  my stuff is. I get to the other door, try to open it, but it is stuck, so out of embarrassment I just jump over it as I hear people laughing. I put the protection over the blade and go out without taking off my skates. I just throw my backpack on and walk, skate, run? Anyways I get out of the rink and sit at a bench outside of the rink where no one could see.

I start to unlace my skates when Silas comes out to check on me

"Hi," he says grinning "are you okay," he asks sitting besides me

"Yeah, just dying of embarrassment here, I almost fell to my face," I say and he laughs

"Why are you laughing," I ask him

"You gotta admit, it was pretty funny," he says and I smile too taking one of my skates off

"You okay," he asks

"Yeah, it's just my feet they've been killing me this week," I say and he takes my backpack taking out the flip flops and putting it on the floor as I unlace my other skate and take it off

I go to get up and quickly resented it as my vision became blurry and I felt wobbly and dizzy.

"Hey woah you okay," he asks as I regain my vision

"Yes, must be lack of sleep or something, maybe I have something low," I say smiling

"Are you sure," he asks and got interrupted

"Come on Silas, stop making a move on her we have practice," one of his friends says and I feel my cheeks blushing

"I'm fine, really, go," I say as he walks away and I start walking to my dorm

I make my way to my room enter the key, twist it threw the skates and the backpack and threw myself to my bed thinking to myself I need to decor my side of the room.. It's to plain for my taste

I hear someone come in and I don't mind opening my eyes

"Get out," I say

"Are you throwing me out of my own room," Logan says and I bolt awake

"What, how much time has passed," I ask reaching for my phone

"It's already been a hour and a half since you left the rink," he says looking at me frowning

"Oh crap," I ssay getting up and walking to the bathroom

I get into the bathroom and splash my face with water to wake myself

"You ok," he asks and I say yes

I get out of the room after I make my backpack with clean clothes and open the door

"Delilah," Logan asks before I leave the room

"Yes," I say before walking out

"Do you really like him," he asks before I walk out

"Midnight conversation" I say before walking out

Why did he care anyways?

Is not like he has the right to know, right? I ignore my thoughts before walking to the girls dorm where Emory was waiting for me.

"Hay, are you okay," she asks and I frown

"Why is everyone asking me that," I say walking to the showers

"Truth?" she asks and I nod

"Yes please," I say walking

"Logan asked me to keep an eye on you," she says and I don't know what to feel
