How it began!

Somewhere in troll village..

Lived a happy couple who would soon be excepting a lovely baby boy.

But once they had him, little did they know that later would pop out three more right after.

The eldest was named John Dory. The name was absolutely RIDICULOUS but they really just wanted him to have the nickname JD.

The second was named Spruce, they wanted to name at least one or two of their kids after plants so, there they had it.

The last two were Clay and Floyd. The mother didn't agree with those names because they just sounded random (AND JOHN DORY DOESN'T?) but the father insisted they keep them because they sounded cool, like the names of two band members (wink wink).

After a little bit of disagreement-ing the mother decided they'd keep them since she couldn't think of any better names, and if she did they sounded ridiculous.

A few years pass and as much as they are adored by their parents, the boys have been chaotic as ever and it's begun to tire the poor couple out.

Sometimes they'd play, but a lot of times they'd fight or make messes, and the fights were messier than their playtimes.

They've started bringing them over to their Grandmother Rosiepuff's pod to babysit whenever they were having a busy day or were just tired.

But it wasn't any different over there either.

Grandma could be taking a nap, and she'd hear screaming.

Grandma could be cooking dinner, and she'd hear a crash.

Grandma could be listening to a classic, and she'd hear a CURSE WORD?!

She then soon learned the harsh truth she realized the parents probably had to learn.. one turn away from those little rascals and it was over!

But Granny wasn't having any of it, not in this old troll's pod!

They all had their own issues, but when they collided together it was just absolute mayhem.

John would try and boss his younger siblings around, like not in the way an actual older sibling would, he would sit on a chair taller than them like it was a throne and give them orders claiming since he was the oldest he was the king. And when he wasn't being listened to or obeyed he'd wreak havoc.

Spruce would claim that he's the best singer and dancer and constantly would sing over his brothers whenever they were trying to or just sing very loudly and be purposefully annoying about it then get upset when he's told to stop.

Clay would always have some kind of trick up his sleeve to mess with not only his brothers but his parents and Grandmother sometimes too. He would just mostly mess with his brothers because getting in trouble was the last thing he wanted. But he still did either way when he got into it with his brothers.

And Floyd.. Floyd would just cry.

Not all the time, but he would if his brothers were yelling, or over small stuff like being told not to do something, being told no, one of his brothers refusing to play with him, missing the ball, losing his favorite crayon, you name it.

Rosiepuff decided to have a talk with the parents about setting boundaries of these reckless children, and after some discussing they all finally came up with an idea to control or lessen the nonsense.

Before sending the boys back home to their parents one day after they've all had a long and much needed nap, Rosiepuff sat the boys down to have an important chat with them.

Immediately Floyd started crying because he thought he was in trouble, earning the eyerolls of his two older brothers, and the pat on his shoulder of the other.

Rosiepuff assured him and the others that they weren't in any trouble, but told them that if they were to bring any of the craziness out of a gate she put in between the kitchen and the living room and their rooms she had for them while they were sleeping, then there WOULD be trouble.

She called the area they had to stay in the Brozone because well.. they were brothers and that would be their little zone. They couldn't go anywhere unless they had an emergency, had to use the bathroom, wanted to play outside, or if breakfast lunch or dinner was ready. It wasn't even allowed open for any of them to snitch on each other for silly things, if that's what they got out for they'd immediately be sent back into the zone and told to work it out with one another or just give each other space.

Once they got home their parents reintroduced the rule to them with a small gate of their own blocking the living room from the kitchen, continuing with if they were to pass the Brozone with no good reason they'd get three strikes before being sent to their room for the day.

Of course that didn't stop all the chaos, there was still screaming and a few things being broken, but it did definetly work and they did follow the rule.. most of the time.
They were still little boys so they were bound to not listen sometimes.

That's how Brozone was originally made up, but the story of how it became something more is another..
