29. Mistakes

Hyunjin ran down the stair case not even bothering to look at the elevators. It has been more than thrity minutes and Felix didn't even bother to come out yet. He had already guved the pastries and drinks to Chan so they could share them. He wasn't specifically hungry, not when Felix gone missing.

He sighed, running his hand through his long hair in frustration.

He dialled, Felix's number for the nth time only to be declined. Hyunjin groaned. Felix is giving him a hard time.

Finally, after another good twenty minutes if searching he found the boy at the ground floor, staring at the dark streets. Hyunjin stepped closer, hoping Felix would notice his presence but he didn't. Yet, he was just mindlessly staring through the glass panel.

"Felix." He called.

He saw him flinching and spinning around. Felix's eyes widened seeing his boyfriend with a frustrated expression. He gulped, looking down, suddenly being interested on his sneakers.

"Where have you been?" Hyunjin asked. "I was searching everywhere." Hyunjin grabbed Felix's arms. "Lix, talk to be baby."

Hyunjin was worried and he had searched for him all this time. That only made Felix sick in te stomach. He hurt everyone. Chan, Minho and Jisung. Knowing Jisung found out and never even brought it up made him wanna bang his head on the wall.

What has he even been feeling towards Felix? The idea of Jisung being hurt and betrayed panged a hole in his heart.

And now Hyunjin, the only person who is tolerable of his hitbheaded behaviour. Hyunjin is calm and gentle, with immense patience. He could stay calm and cheerful when Felix is fuming and would engulf him in a hug despite the curse Felix let out.

He can't understand. Why would he still be with someone like him?

Felix looked at him with teary eyes, suddenly starting to cry out of the blue. "I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt any if you." He sobbed. "I'm sorry I was mean to you Jinnie."

"What? Lix, what are you-"

"I'm sorry for causing trouble and being an ass. I try to control my emotions but-but it's hard. I wanna be a better person."

"Oh, Lixie..." Hyunjin cupped his face, wiping the tears. "No one is telling you to be a better person. You already is the sunshine everyone needs." Hyunjin smiled.

"B-but I mess up everything! I-"

"People do mistakes. And I know you had your reason for that. But that doesn't mean we won't forgive you. Chan is your step brother. He's basically family. He will forgive you, Lix. No one can hate family for that long. And Jisung will accept us, I am surebof it. He's your best friend after all." He kissed Felix's forehead, embracing him in a warm hug. "Come on now...how could I get my daily vitamin D when my sunshine has gone gloomy?"

Felix, sniffles rolling his eyes. "Cheesy."

Hyunjin chuckled. "I won't mind being cheesy for you."

Felix, closed his eyes, hugging him tighter. "Remind me why we are together? We are totally the opposite of each other."

"Really Felix?" Hyunjin grinned. "If it wasn't for your cute act, I would have been angry that you knocked down my painting. May I ask who wrote a full description about me and forgot it on his desk?"

Felix blushed. "T-that was an accident."

"Sure Lix. Hyunjin has shiny silk hair and he's hot in a pony tail." He mimicked, stealing a kiss from him.

Felix whined, hiding his face in Hyunjin chest. "Don't remind me that."

He giggled, loving the teasing he does for the younger. "You are lucky you have a hit boyfriend who does anything for you, am I not-ow!"

Felix has slapped his chest playfully but Hyunjin being dramatic yelled out loud. Felix sticked his tongue out at him and started walking towards the elevators.

Hyunjin smirked, seeing the pink tint on Felix's cheeks. He loves this sexy fluff ball so damn much.
