Hot.
Hot is what I'm feeling, what I'm looking at.
Yes, I am talking about Lina.
She does something to me, but I can't explain what.
I need her, I want her.
But I can't show her that.
She has to want me first.
It's now the first morning of us really being there, and let me just say last night was,
Interesting.
Now, obviously I knew what I was doing with the rooms.
Who do you think made them?
I wake up early, too early for my taste.
I get ready for the day, and tidy up a bit because I know she'll appreciate it.
She finally wakes up, and stretches.
"Good morning, Pedri. Did I miss anything?"
"Good morning, amor. And no, you didn't miss anything. I just tidied up the place a bit."
She rubs her eyes, and then her eyes widen.
"Pedri. Wow, the room looks amazing compared to before. Thank you."
"Course. Now, you better get up and start getting ready. We have breakfast in an hour."
She smiles at me and proceeds to walk to the bathroom.
Since I'm already ready, I just sit on a cozy chair and scroll through my phone.
Finally, after what feels like forever, Lina's finally ready.
She knocks on the wooden bathroom, signaling me.
"How do I look?"
Hot Lina. That's how you look. She's wearing this gorgeous 2 piece dark blue set, and it hugs every single curve of hers, and her beautiful tan skin.
I clear my throat before I speak, just to make sure I say the right words.
"Beautiful. As always."
We both smile at each other, and I can feel a blush creeping up my cheeks.
Hers as well.
Goodness gracious. What is she doing to me.
I look at my watch for the time, and we are already late.
I shake my head, and clear my thoughts.
"We should go, Lina. We are already late."
We head out, and the walk isn't that long.
We arrive at the restaurant and immediately spot Gav & Danya.
Walking over, almost instantly we can hear giggles and feel smirks.
Gav gets up to say hi, as well as Danya to Lina.
Gav looks at Danya, smirks and then turns to me.
How dirty are they?
"Well well, the lovebirds finally decided to wake up."
Lina & I snort, knowing that whatever they're thinking is highly unlikely.
Though I wish it wasn't.
Who said that?
Before I can speak, Lina takes the lead and clears the rumors.
Of course she does. I love that about her.
"Alright there, watch your thoughts Pab. Nothing happened, and nothing will."
We'll see about that.
"Ouch, Pedri."
"Shut up Gav."
We eat our breakfast in peace, and then sit down in silence for a bit while we are on our phones when,
Our phones are being snatched away by Danya who is clearly frustrated.
Gav being the last victim, obviously has to say something.
It's something about the Gavira's & their attitude.
"Dany why would you do that! I was almost onto the next level of my game. C'mon now."
She doesn't answer directly to him, but looks at all of us and has a proud look on her face.
"Too much phone, guys. Let's live how we lived as kids."
Gav snorts, and looks at Danya as if she insulted him,
"Dany please. You are the oldest out of all of us by one year. I think we know how we lived, unless you lived with the dinosaurs."
Danya soon reciprocates the same look Gav gave her, but more sever, and more side eye.
It's scary.
"What the fuck are you on about Gav? You just turned 20 yesterday. I'm 19."
He doesn't say a word, but takes a sip of his drink and looks at the opposite direction.
One thing about Danya Rafely is that she will humble you as quickly as possible.
No matter what.
That's a perk about going to school with her for forever, she's always been there to humble me.
"Anyways, as I was saying, we should go phone-less for the rest of the day. See where the water takes us or some shit."
Finally, after a while Lina speaks up.
"I like that idea. I'm for it."
Danya smiles & clasps her hands together at her best friend, grateful for her approval.
"Perfect! Now it's time for the boys."
Gav & I share a look with each other, knowing we have no other choice but to say yes.
We speak at the same time, and finally sell our soul to what seems like an eternity.
"Let's do this thing then."
We talk for a little bit as a group, along with side conversations.
It's finally time for us to get ready ready so we can go do whatever we need to do.
The walk back to the room is silent, but as I'm about to open the door to the room, Lina & I accidentally touch hands.
I quickly pull away, as the eye contact is already too much.
I hold the door out for her, and then I pass.
I take a deep breath, and say a prayer.
"You ready for this, Lina?"
